Funny stoner movie for being straight to home video!

I like almost all of the McConnahey movies , but this one was a little on the rough side! We have a man(McConnahey) who stays looped all the time and when his wife does he has write book to claim his part of her fortune! He travels from Key West to Miami (where his wife is snacking up with SnoopDog). It's got its laughs, but should be restricted to 18 an over!

Very happy to see the speaking roles of my friends in this movie. Congrats to David Bennett as Homeless Phil, Jo Marie Payton as Judge, Debra Cohen as Tourist Mother (Debra Stacy Cohen), John Morris as Cash Register Guy, and Sharon Pfeiffer as Sexy Older Woman. And good Extra work for my friends Van Banoovong as the Drug Rehab Patient, Tom Dodson as the Pulitzer Prize Guest, Frenchi Firecracker as the Drug Counselor, Grant Koo as the Groom, and Laurel Levey as the Nurse! They all contributed positively for this movie!

Kids gummo Spring Breakers if u don't like those movies you won't like this one it's just a mindless good time that I enjoyed and McConaughey play Moondog like he's been there before a role his was born to play alright alright alright

Beachbum is like a train wreck, really bad but you just have to watch to see what happens. Maybe a few adult beverages before watching would make this movie make more sense. With that said, we bought it because Jimmy Buffett was suppose to be in it, and he was in a few scenes. Over all it's about some strange character who just wants to live life in a way that brings a smile to his face and words to his poetry.

A very fun movie but might not be for everyone. If you like Harmony's past movies, this is a no brainer. Anyone else, I'd say rent it cause the pacing might not be for everyone.

This isn't good, it isn't bad. It's one of those movies where you question what is actually going on. That being said, I ended up loving it.

This is an outlandish comedy with great supporting case. Matthew McConaughey is an excessive party animal, and it never stops.

This movie was not what I expected even though I did not know what to expect (figure that out). Snoop was a surprise.

Fun and crazy movie to watch! Story is a bit all over but other than that will still recommend it.

If you are a fan of Harmony Korine then you will enjoy this one. Even if you haven't seen one of his films it's definitely worth checking out. The cast is great. It includes Zac Efron, Jonah Hill and Martin Lawrence. This is more than a "stoner film". And of course you should check out Korine's other films. Even if this one wasn't for you.

So much psychedelic beach fun that ones brain hurt while the belly quivered with laughter!

It's funny and I mean I like that a lot. They need to make more silly comedies thank you.

A great comedy for the family who's a little off-the-wall. Great direction from Harmony Korine, coupled with Benoît Debie's cinematography that beautifully captures the vibe and colors of the Florida Keys and Matthew McConaughey's shining portrayal of MOONDOG makes this a comedy for the ages.

I enjoyed watching this movie very much. It has the right amount of comedy blended with other things. I think Matthew McConaughey is a great actor and have always enjoyed watching his movies. This movie is no different and I would recommend it for anyone to watch.
