Both movies deal with religious fact and a little fiction fro dramatic purposes. You still get the message being emphasized. A great list of famous actors from golden Hollywood days.

The Robe is one of those movies they would always play around Easter when I was young . It is also Richard Burtons first major role in an American movie.

You will not be disappointed to picking up one of these Blu-rays one of the classic movies of our time so rich in story so many famous actors back in their Heyday you won't be disappointed pick it up

This is a great classic faith movies. They look even better on Blu-ray. The stories are great with great actors. A must have for your collection.

The Bible and The Robe great actors , I enjoy old movies when I saw these at Best Buy in the bin decided to get it. Great price for both since Easter is coming might use at Church movie night.

It was worth the five bucks I paid the Robe was beautifully filmed in cinemascope and the Bible epic was at least entertaining but not the best. Mainly got it for the Robe though.

I fondly remember these films from my childhood. I was happy to find this on sale at my local Best Buy, in blu-ray no less.

I saw The Bible in its premiere in the Sixties, and The Robe several times on tv. Glad to have both on my home theatre.

Got this because I really like the move The Robe. Plus it is Blu-Ray format making it look great on a large screen.

A good price for two HD Biblical epics, but also a double reminder why they're so tedious. Old Hollywood didn't have the cultural power to treat religious stories with anything but fawning reverence. That turns out to be especially damaging for big-budget films. Profit-minded people investing big $ in them are already reluctant to take risks or try anything novel. So everyone settles for stale, paint-by-numbers results that are almost as boring as your worst childhood Sunday School memories.
