DENTED! they can’t get STEELBOOKS shipped right

I ordered 2 just in case and both were dented. They shipped the Guardians one in a box with 2 inch bubble wrap and it was mint! Just don’t understand…you guys have exclusive rights, ship them in proper packaging so they don’t get damaged! They’re supposed to be collectable ☹️

Good movie, great Steelbook, except broken

Except when I received mine, it looked like someone had stepped on it, and the entire front cover was completely removed from the steelbook. Its now in two seperate pieces. And since Best Buy no longer has them in stock and is going to stop selling Physical Media soon, I wont be able to get a replacement.
