    I love this movie and thought I would really enjoy the added scenes. The quality of some of the added material is in bad shape and actually distracts from the movie. Some of the added material adds some interesting insight to the movie.

    I felt like I was watching a completely different movie from what I had seen on TV. Lee Marvin is superb. This is one of the top 10 World War II movies that I have ever watched and I watched a lot of them!

    This one's a keeper. If you've ever wanted to see Mark Hamill do something worth watching outside of the original Star Wars trilogy, this is it. A great war movie from the early eighties and another title that I recently picked up for under two dollars and free shipping. It's very, very good.

    Well made war story with excellent screenplay and more than better acting by entire cast. Holds your attention from start to finish.

    some parts of the movie are good other parts drag on way to much but not bad if you can get it for 9.99 or lower

    reconstruction creates movie much closer to fuller's intention. donated to sulzer chicago public library - only copy, others lost or stolen.

    Not the movie but a documentary of. This is not clearly stated on the DVD case. Disc inside labeled "disc 2". It was the only disc in package. When I tried to return it to a local Best Buy they said they wouldn't accept it because I had opened it. How can I know what's inside without opening it?
