This work out will kill you, but in a good way. Great way to get some cardio in without buying equipment. The 3 different programs (plus warm up and cool down) work out different parts of your body so you feel like you're getting the full gym experience in about 50min.

My wife and I have both done this workout and we both agree that it works the legs. Our muscles were sore the next day.

All I can say is get ready to sweat. You will definitely get a workout

This is a great cardio workout for those trying to trim down a bit. I found the level of intensity to be perfect for what I needed. I was a bit skeptical about following a video for a workout but this one is good to go. It's easy to follow and gives you a good workout. It's much better than having to try and think up and follow a routine in my head. It's just do what is in the DVD and less workout time is lost between figuring out what to do next had I not used the video as a guide.

This is a fun fatburning workout. It is the best cardio workout I have done. I use it weekly. I highly recommend it for anyone trying to lose weight. I have lost 30 pounds. It is the best thing you can do for your body. I have tried other workout dvds. This is the best.

This is a very good cardio workout and allows you to pick your own level, from beginner to advanced exerciser. The moves are simple, yet challenging and the instruction is easy to follow. I like the fact that you can create your own workout, making it as long or short as you want.

This really is a fantastic work out! I have been using the Maximum results program option and I can definitely feel and see results!! I can't wait to try more The Biggest Loser work out DVD's!

I love that you can personalize your workout. There are 3 different workout options. It seriously kicks my butt and I work out all the time!! It's amazing. Bob is a good motivator! He's my fav. I totally recommend this video BUY IT!

It is worth the few dollars that it costs and more!
