An absolute classic and a must watch for any Robin Williams fan. Robin and Nathan Lane a great but Hank Azaria steals every scene he is in.

Seems like this could have been a recent release when you consider the social and political context then and now. Fluffy and fun while satiric and critical. One of few successful American farces.

Robin Williams and Nathan Lane are quite funny in this movie. I hadn't seen it for a long time and had forgotten how funny this movie is. I saw the Blu-Ray version on sale for a nice price and picked it up. I'm glad I did.

It's heartfelt, it's theatrical, it's heartbreaking, it's funny. It has its flaws, but the performance are stellar and it was groundbreaking for its time depicting LGBT content.

My mother used to watch this when I was younger and I never understood it. Now that I'm older I can safely say it is one of Mr. Williams best works. My mother and my wife both enjoy it very much.

I always remember seeing this back in the 90s and it was funny now as it was then! You can't go wrong with this movie!! The John Wayne walk is my favorite!

Stumbled upon this in a bargain bin of Blu-Ray discs and couldn't pass up owning this for $5. It's a little campy and the jokes are somewhat dated now, but it is some of Robin Williams at his best.

Entire cast excellent. Plus the Late Great Robin. Sets were excellent, Nathan Lane fantastic as usual. Great Story line. Well directed and produced. Owned it on DVD, glad I upgraded to the Blu Ray

I absolutely love this movie, when I saw it on blue ray, I had to buy it. If you haven’t seen it, I recommend watching Nathan Lane and Robin Williams in this classic (for me)!

This is a older movie that we have not seen and was delighted when I was able to purchase it from BestBuy at a good price so my wife and I can watch it anytime we want.

Campy remake of La Cage Aux Folles. Great performances by Nathan Lane at his most extravagant and Robin Williams fairly restrained. Gene Hackman, in the last scene, will forever be stuck in my mind.

I recently purchased this movie after Robin Williams passing. This was one of his funniest roles and I wanted to share it with my daughter. This is a must have if you are a true Robin Williams fan.

Robin Williams does a fantastic job in this movie. I never pictured Gene Hackman in a comedy but he pulls it off. A very funny movie if you want to laugh. Nathan Lane is too funny for words!!!

It is sad that Robin Williams has left us on this earth. However, with films like "The Birdcage", his legacy will live on in this hilarious film. Nathan Lane also performs magically in this film.

One of those movies i can't stop watching when i catch it on tv. The only problem with tv is the edits for mature content ;). Psyched to pick it up on sale for $5

I am not usually a fan of slapstick type comedies but this one classically combines hysterical pratfalls with witty dialogue and the best of non-politically correct humor.

I have always enjoyed this movie, but seeing it again after the death of Robin Williams just showed me again how wonderful of an actor he was, not to mention an outstanding human being.
