Not one of De Palma’s best, but not without merit.

When looking at the blue stripe at the bottom of the cover, I was afraid it was an early blu-ray transfer that was poorly done. Thankfully I was mistaken. The transfer is pristine.
It's Brian de Palma at his very finest. Lots of great movies have been inspired by this crime, and this one is argueably the best. This is film noire done right.

Enjoyable but not as good as De Palma's older classics.

Vilmos Zsigmond's atmospheric cinematography is beautifully presented on this Blu-ray.
Like the image quality, the DTS 5.1 audio track is outstanding -- rich, dramatic and making creative use of immersive sound.
