This was a good comedy movie and I feel like it will likely grow on me over time. Watchable movie, McCarthy is her normal ragey/relatable/harsh/soft combo self. Overall decent film.

Well my review is more about best buy online orders. It was quick, easy... and I actually got my movies one day before the original delivery date. Melissa McCarthy continues to maintain a myriad of charm and skill as an unquestionable actress of high caliber. Unfortunately that doesn’t help a shallow script with childish jokes and a clichéd story.

My family had a great time together laughing at Melissa McCarthy acting crazy in this movie. Its not a classic like Bridesmaid or Spy but its better than Tammy. If you like Melissa you will like this movie.

Fun and funny. Didn't care for the girl riot scene but Will Ferrel produced it so I guess it's a given. Felt like the riot scene out of Ron Burgundy. Otherwise, Melissa McCarthy delivers as usual. Her fans won't be disappointed.

Not as good as The Heat with Melissa McCarthy & Sandra bullock but a close 2nd. Melissa even raps and busts a move in the opening sequence! I couldn't wait until this movie came out on DVD and when I found out that Best Buy was including a free BOSS T-shirt I was sold on were to buy this movie and the shirt is nice somewhat big but looks great with pajama pants or just hanging around the house. It'seems a must see movie, I loved it.

Bought this for movie night. Quality of DVD is good. Movie is ok. Not for kids but ok for adults if not bothered by a lot of profanity. Not one of Melissa McCarthy s best films.

This movie is funny and shows McCarthy's strengths. It is a little over the top and a little more "adult" than I was expecting. But it was definitely a fun way to spend an evening.

The Boss is much funnier than the previews let on. Melissa McCarthy is is top form in this role. A comedy with heart and some over the top laughs. I completely enjoyed this movie.

We're Melissa McCarthy fans. Her language is pretty rough, but she is always doing something in her movie to keep it from being boring. Very funny if you can handle her cursing.

I fell in love with her when I saw her in Bridesmaids and I've continued to watch everything she's been in.I thought this was really funny,but had a serious side to it as well.I also think she did a great job with Kristen Bell and would love to see them work together again in the future.

The Boss is excellent. Melissa McCarthy is so good and funny! Watch all of the extra features! Excellent! The short of her first using the character at the Groundlings is worth the watch along with all the other extra features. Of course, the movie, itself, is so funny and well-done.

Did not care for this movie much. I happened to catch the middle/end portion on TV and knew I wanted this in my collection. Melissa McCarthy & Kristen Bell are comedy gold! Great Film, Could have been a bit more detailed but definitely good for a pajama and movie night.

Huge Melissa McCarthy fan. I buy ALL of her movies. This is probably the worst one in my opinion and I probably won't watch it again but I need it for my collection

I was wondering why this movie didn't have much exposure after it was released. It was what I thought it would be "but" I wasn't totally disappointed. It was funny.

this takes the cake. I could definitely relate to some of due to my daughter being a girl scout. it is another funny movie from Melissa McCarthy.

If you've seen once Melissa McCrathy comedy you've seen them all. She's created a comfortable style for herself and I won't fault her for that.
