considering the casr could've been better. Too much yelling

Slow and not very funny. It is the script, not the actors.

Was rather dry. Felt like some of the comedy was forced.

Movie dragged. Melissa McCarthy needs to dig down deep and read the script before committing to her next movie. The Boss lacked laughter for a comedy. Back to the drawing board. Gain the weight back so Mike & Molly can return!!!!

I have seen several movies, Spy, Heat, and others, starring Melissa McCarthy and enjoyed them. This one, however was a big disappointment. I will read online reviews before considering the purchase of another one of her movies.

I don't know what's going on with Melissa McCarthy but the last 3 films I brought that she starred in have not been that good. This was not a true comedy, only 2 or 3 things that was funny. Very disappointed!

the star of the film isn't on my favorites list and this film didn't raise her up. For those that like her stuff it's more of the same so enjoy.

Cheesy. No plans of ever watching again or recommending. It's right up there with Nacho Libre and Blades of Glory.

This movie was terrible. Was a waste of time viewing. A complete 180* from all other movies with her in them.

This is my wife's show. I have never seen it and never plan to.

Id prefer to give a 3.5, but it doesn't let me, so I went with 4. Reason being, I was not bored at all with this and I did laugh enough times. Definitely went in with low expectations and came out happy with my purchase.

Obviously the disk is of good quality and worked when I bought it and the movie was hilarious. I love getting the free shirt for free that said "the boss" on it.

The Boss is a fairly funny movie. I bought it because we've liked Melissa McCarthy in the past. This sadly was probably not her best movie

Melissa McCarthy is hilarious.. I will see every movie she is in. I have never been disappointed!
