The bye bye man was a good horror movie it could have been much much better than it was but I would have waited till the price dropped down some more

The movie had a really good plot and I found it to be really enjoyable. I like how it had all the characters go against each other and it kept going back to the beginning of the movie and what the phrase was. Ending was really good too.

Although it got very bad reviews I really enjoyed this. The disc contains both the theatrical version and the unrated version which restores violence, language and adult content cut from the theatrical release. Check it out.

I heard a lot of bad reviews for this movie, but I never listen to critics and watch the movie for myself..Glad I did because this movie was actually pretty entertaining..I recommend giving it a watch.

I adore Doug Jones, so, naturally, I had to go see this film in the theatre when it came out. It’s a very bittersweet memory because it was when my mom seemed like she was doing better in her cancer battle. We had a Mommy/Daughter date, and I will never forget it. I miss her so much, so I love that I can have this movie now to watch whenever I need to recall a happy memory.

This movie reflects the consequences of unbridled curiosity. A few genuine scares and interesting back story.

Not your typical horror movie, but it was good. Liked how they stayed away from the normal scare tatics.

Very creepy movie. That they say it is loosely based off of true events makes it even more creepy.

Previews looked terrifying but the actual movie wasn’t very scary. Ending was lame.

The mythology behind The Bye Bye Man is very interesting if you take the time to read it. The film is not good at all. He wasn't in the least bit frightening. The characters I could have cared less about. Very disappointed. The film begins extremely promising but after the first ten minutes or so, it goes straight downhill. Not that there's anything wrong with a PG13 horror film but to originally have a R rated film and then purposely trim it down in order to achieve a PG13 rating, that's not a good sign.

I love horror movies, and this one is right up there with the best of them.

I am not much into scary movies but brought this for daughter she like it.

This film treads a lot of previously mined horror films.. Really no big surprises here, however it is well shot and the acting is above par...if you need a weekend of putting your mind on hold...this will do the job
