I was pleasantly surprised by this film. It is a somewhat sequel to Whispers of the Heart. However, it is a totally different type of film. Focusing on a fun fantastical adventure. Like most Ghibli Films it's excellent.

Now I've seen this movie before I had bought it. I remember reading other people's reviews about it and I was a little surprised at how people had put it down. If you like the other movies Studio Ghibli have done than you'll like this one as well. It's very creative and again the animation is wonderful. It's a unique story and i really like it, after all it is part of my collection!

A great spin-off to Whisper of the Heart. Hardcore Studio Ghibli fans will appreciate this. Props to GKIDS for making this available in steelbook form.

This is a really cute movie. Not as Japanesey as most Studio Ghibli films but still whimsical. This copy came with a nice bonus booklet with interviews. Highly recommended.

I have seen most of the Miyazaki/Ghibli movies, but this one somehow fell under the radar. I only became aware of it from an AMV at Anime Expo. Now that Disney is finally putting Miyazaki's amazing collection on Blu-ray, I am starting to build up a collection of my own. This movie is every bit as enjoyable as I would expect, and I would recommend it to anyone that is a fan of anime or family movies.

Honestly I had never heard of this movie but purchased it along with Spirited Away and Kiki and I found myself completely charmed by this movie. It was perfectly voiced by Anne Hathaway and Cary Elwes. Highly recommended!

This is a sequel of sorts to another movie called whispers of the heart..and this is I like a bit more well worth the watch can never go wrong with these kinda movies

Our family really enjoyed this film. It's a pretty compelling story. It has led to many discussions in our household with the different (but all favorable) takes the children and adults had on the film.

I got this for my girls (5 and 3 y.o.) who love many of the other Ghibli films. They were interested in this one but they didn't quite like it as much as other Ghibli films. They asked a lot of questions and seemed to have more trouble following the story. Maybe when they watch it again, they'll like it more.

The quasi-sequel to "Whisper of the Heart", this movie focuses more on the fantasy world than the real world. More of a short story than an epic tale, The Cat Returns is still worth a watch.

Fun studio ghibli film. Loved the voiceover actors. Blu-ray looked awesome and the family quoted it for days. Glad we added it to our collection.

Such a fun, mostly overlooked, Ghibli film. It's shorter than most Ghibli films, but is full from heart and laughs. Highly recommend for any Ghibli fan, especially if you love Whisper of the Heart.

I love all Studio Ghibli movies. This one is very interesting and takes place in a very cool setting.. the cat is really decked out and he's a cool sly character. And there is a very good moral to the story.

Another ghibli classic that my kids love even more than whisper of the heart. I like to think this is the story that was written from whisper.

THIS IS ANOTHER REALLY GRAT MOVIE BY STUDIO GIBLI. WE HAVE ALL OF THEIR MOVIES AND EVERYOE SHOULD BUY ALL OF THEM. THEY ARE FAMILY FRIENDLY AND ALL HAVE REALLY GOOD MESSAGES.

If your into studio Gibli this is a must have sadly hard to find and sometimes if you get it shipped to you the movie will not come with its sleeve be sure to ask for the sleeve of you want to display iy

What an absurd film. Girl saves cat, cat proposes marriage, girl doesn't say no, cat takes it as a yes and starts showering her with gifts. In lesser hands, this story would fall flat, but this is just the right amount of absurd, self-aware and sincere to make the whole thing a lot of fun and a joy to watch. Not a deep film, but so much fun.

A Studio Ghibli movie that I have never seen but bought on the pretenses that every Studio Ghibli movie was amazing and I was not disappointed in the slightest. Great movie, especially for the kids!
