Love the song from the first one, so I borrowed the DVD last Christmas from a friend - loved it so much had to buy the second in the "series."

My mom was so happy to receive this movie as it completed a set for her of movies made from books she read. Nice positive Christmas movie.

this is a continues to the Christmas shoes it follows Nathan as he works as a doctor in the ER when Nathan loses a patient on the operating table he heads back to his home town and stays with his father While volunteering at the local grade school, he meets Charlie a young boy who has also lost his mother, and Meghan Charlie's teacher Nathan falls in love with Meghan but Meghan has cirrhosis of the liver, and will die unless she has a transplant Nathan learns that Charlie is ailing from an irregular heart defect and Charlie gives his liver to Meghan As a dying wish, he asks Nathan, whom he calls coach, to give her his mothers shoes
