This is a very cool flick. Saw it a while ago and never bought it until now. I think it's a remake of an old movie.

An awesome horror flick and I highly recommend it.

I really like this movie, but it's mostly due to my love of Romero's original version. You WON"T get the digital copy with this movie. I have exchanged two copies through a store but not once got a BR with Digital version. These are not sold in stores so it's just some joker at a warehouse looking at the picture on the case and tossing it in a envelop for you.

Surprisingly well done and effective, Crazies is as much a conspiracy story as a horror story. There is plenty of blood and grisly gruesomeness, but they actually have a plausible reason, rather than simply because it's a horror film. The characters and script are believable, and you could see such a scenario unfolding. Everyone is fine and does a credible job with their character, not to mention that the lovely Radha Mitchell is an extra treat to watch. Sure, there are a few inconsistencies and slightly implausible issues, but they are minor and more than made up for by the story, pacing, and performances. Certainly worth checking out.

Contaminated water turns otherwise law abiding citizens into murderers. The sheriff, his deputy and his pregnant wife try to flee the quarantined town without getting killed or infected themselves before the town is obliterated by the Military who want to contain the outbreak. Action and scares !

I never saw the original and I'm not big on remakes, but I really enjoy this movie. After watching it a few times on cable over the years I decided I needed to just have this in my collection. A fun, creepy horror movie and thriller. If you like these kind of movies I recommend checking it out.

The film was pretty good for the horror/sci-fi genre. I gave it a 4-Star rating on the strength of Timothy Olyphant's role in the film. After all, an Olyphant completist would not let this be the only film to go unwatched.

A great horror film which utilizes jump scares effectively and is very tense with characters you actually care about.

This is a great movie for a rainy day! Cuddle up on the couch and watch this movie that keeps you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. With blu-ray quality picture & sound!

The Crazies (2010) is a scary and underrated remake of the George A Romero movie and it is an example of how to do a great remake, especially for a horror movie

A example of how an old idea can be reborn. Still has lingering questions and plot holes but the cast turns in a great performance.

Saw this Blu ray in the discount bin and remembered that it was really good. Couldn't beat the price of $5.99 for a Blu ray so picked it up. Just as good of a movie as I remembered.

Good movie to watch, not over the top on the gore, relies more on the suspense then a lot of movies anymore.

I like the concept of the movie. Not sure why it would be seen as a zombie apocalypse movie because no one gets bit.
