Review on the 4k video and audio quality, I found the video quality to be good not great. It's a dark movie with good contrasts and good blacks but felt black levels should have been a bit more inky. But the audio quality is the shine of this 4k. No Dolby Atmos or DTS:X, but the DTS HD MA is outstanding! Neural X processing which is enabled on this disc creates a soundstage which is as big as Atmos or DTS:X. The movie is loud and the score is thunderous and wide. Best sounding DTSHDMA that i've heard so far.

The best of the Batman series. Now with better video and sound. I hope we get a better Batman actor and more serious films. Ben Affleck does not cut it as Batman. Time to retire him and get a better Batman. Just a comment. But this 4K Batman movie is great.

The Dark Knight might be the best Batman movie of them all. Superb cast and storyline. The 4K version is so good, picture quality rich in colors, sound is intense. You get your money’s worth and more.

I absolutely loved this movie. I watched it three times in the theaters. Buy it in 4k! It looks beautiful! Great acting, superb action, amazing plot and visually appealing in 4k.

Got a new 4k tv for my birthday on Thanksgiving - this was my first 4k film purchase and viewing. And boy did I choose a good one! Amazing quality! Love this film!

This was Heath Ledgers final performance and boy he did not disappoint! Great movie and great acting by all ! A must have for any collection especially on 4K !

Heath Ledger takes this movie to a new level as the diabolical Joker. This Batman movie is the best of the trio. Bale is fab as always. Great sound and picture.

The dark knight is worth the upgrade to 4K. From the opening shot until the very end the movie has an increased quality that is worth the purchase.

While personally I thought that Batman Begins was a better film, The Dark Knight adds to the series in some meaningful ways. The late Heath Ledger's last performance as the Joker was excellent and great to see. The tone much like Batman Begins (and much of the DC universe) is very dark with some thematic action sequences and disturbing villains. Some of the cityscape IMAX shots look amazing, as does the entire movie as it is in native 4K (unlike a lot of other 4K movies that were released in 2K, I'm looking at you Disney and Marvel 4K releases). But the sound is also incredible. The only disappointing thing about the Dark Knight 4K releases is that they DO NOT include any type of digital copy, so you get the discs and that's it. At least with the Marvel movies you get a digital copy that includes the Dolby Vision release. But I digress, if you haven't picked up these movies yet, these are likely the definitive versions to own, although the 70mm IMAX cutscenes could technically eventually release in up to 12K, this 4K release is beautiful and showcase for your 4K television and surround system.

Even though the 4K UHD edition of "The Dark Knight" has been released and more widely marketed than its Blu-ray in recent years, if you (like me) don't have a 4K player (yet), this is still pretty solid. One downside, in my opinion, is the fact that the aspect ratio remains anamorphic throughout the film, even though several sequences were shot on taller IMAX film. I'd prefer to see those scenes in the taller format, personally. However, that doesn't change the fact that this film is a masterpiece. Highly recommend it.

So glad this is remastered in 4k. I had the original batman begins in DVD but this is amazing! Purchased the entire trilogy

For being a film that was upconverted to 4k, it surely looks impressive. 100% worth purchasing in 4k over standard blu ray.

This movie quality in 4k looks amazing is one of my favorites I own all the batman collection and this one is a great addition.

One of the best sequels of all time! The joker is the tops and hard to beat Ledgers performance. 4K is awesome!

I love the dark night and seeing the film on 4k makes it even better. I just wished it had a digital download.
