Love this series ,this film is an awesome addition to the divergent series ,

I have watched and own all of this series. Very entertaining and not boring when you watch it several times.

1>2>3. It is still a good movie. I watched it in the theatres and still purchased the DVD Blu Ray. It is worth watching, a couple timessage, but it is not as good as the rest of the movies. I'd like to see Tris grow into a heroine capable of being tough and superior. I'm tired of her being emotionally unstable and always a crybaby. I need some Tomb Raider, Underworld, Salt for that. It has a very Hunger games feel to it where she flails around wrapped up in her emotional instability instead of being the amazing savior bad... we hoped she'd become.

As a casual fan of this franchise, I went into this third movie with excitement but in the the back of my mind was aware of the less than stellar reviews this film got. In terms of the overall reviews of the movies has been a gradual decline so I personally wasn't expecting much, but I was surprised how entertained I was throughout, this maybe the fastest paced and action packed entry thus far and was gourgous to look at. It's a fun two hours to kill and the Blu Ray does not disappoint, the picture, sound and features are great.

I only watched these for my wife, so while I enjoyed the first one, there wasn't much about the second or third I liked, or even remember at this point.

I have really enjoyed the Divergent series thus far and this installment was actually better than the second, Insurgent. Party alliances change up quite a bit with this part of the story. Highly recommend to anyone who is a fan of the series. Hoping they make another even though this one did not fair as well in the theaters. That was primarily due to another movie being released during the same time that probably stole a bit of the audience from this film. So go support the movie and buy the Blu-ray or DVD!

I really had a great time watching this film! It's not perfect obviously, it does have a fair amount of flaws in it but if you're a fan of the book or of the films you are going to enjoy this film! For book fans, it is very different from the book towards the middle of the film but ITS OKAY because it works for the film. In short, if you were thinking about checking this movie out, just see it for yourself. Don't let my review or anyone else's review influence you seeing it or your opinion on it.

I bought this as a Blue-Ray pre-order; Best Buy came through exactly as promised, they notified me when it was ready for pickup, on the day specified. The pre-release sale price was very favorable. For Divergent fans, this third installment of the franchise is every bit as good as the trailers indicated, lots of drama and action. It continues the story from "Insurgent" with the post-faction struggle of the city in finding an identity and filling the leadership void, while answering what is beyond the wall, and adding a new set of characters to the mix. The special effects depicting technologies of the future leave you amazed, and wishing they were here now. The end is a cliff-hanger, leaving one eager to watch the final movie in the series, due out next year.

Allegiant starts just as you would expect. With a lot of exciting scenes. It basically goes downhill from there. Still a good movie with excellent acting but the sets are really futuristic. I guess i was expecting less for on screen technology but it was kind of mixed up for me. I feel they could have done Allegiant in one movie. Perhaps then it might have appealed more to me. This movie seems to have lost its appeal. Not as riveting as the book. I gave it 5 stars because the actors were excellent, the photography was excellent. The special affects were awesome. But something was lacking.

I guess if you've bought the first two you will buy the third? Don't spend too much.

Never read the books but enjoyed the first and second movies. I thought this would be the conclusion! Not! The first of two parts. Why? Now I have to wait for a final resolution. But movie is still good. Worth watching for the special effects. Could not help realizing that Four will always be remembered as Mr. Pamuk. The actor who died in Lady Mary's bed.

The Divergent series has been a seesaw kind of franchise for me. It has had many ups and just as many downs but the story is intriguing and the characters are interesting. If you are a fan of the other movies you will be satisfied if you haven't watched any of them or haven't had it keep you hooked, this will not happen with this movie.

I really like the Divergent series but Allegiant was definitely the weakest of the of the 3. Story is a little more confusing and unfortunately was unnecessarily split into 2 parts. Nonetheless, if you have been enjoying the series you will likely enjoy this one. If you don't enjoy them, well, this one won't be any better.

It started so well with the closing a bit confusing. I did ENJOY the finale but like recent SIFI serial movies, it was strung out too long. If you have collected the others...you will need this one in your collection. It had plenty of action with twists you would expect & a closing of this series was due.

This is a great movie with a good plot. However many people dislike this movie as it is very different from the rest of the series and from what their audience has come to know and love. However just because a series takes a very different turn doesn't always mean that it's no longer good. My suggestion for any Divergent series fans would be to watch the trailer, understand that this movie is different from the rest of the series and enjoy it for what it is.

This movie (at least the ending) was better then the book. That in itself should get you out to buy it. When have you every heard that? Never Now - the Divergent Series of movies are decent and this is a nice capstone to the series. And the ending is better then in the book.

My daughter enjoyed reading the Divergent series books. She likes to compare them to the movie versions and to each other. Overall, this was an entertaining movie, but her favorite of the 3 is the original, Divergent, which is typical of movies with sequels. This DVD was on sale for a competitive price at the time of purchase, but earning rewards points from the Best Buy Rewards program clinched the deal.

I love movies and I am one of those guys that practically purchases all new releases. This movie was good but not the best in the series of movies. However, overall movie concept is good and I will watch it again to see if I missed anything the first time.

I like the first two movies much more than i thought i would have, the press on them should have been much better, i havent seen the last movie yet to get a feel of it, but the first two i think are definite buyers to put in ones movie libary.

If you are into the Divergent movies, this is a good movie! While the Blu-Ray disk was fine, I did have problems with the DVD as it wouldn't play in my Samsung Blu-Ray player. The DVD was fine in my computer so it wasn't the DVD, but likely the player.
