Jim Varney's first is his BEST!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review."Dr. Otto" is Jim Varney's first feature film. I think it's the best he made. Very little "Ernest" in this which I like. The Robert's dairy commercials were funny but the "Ernest" movies dived. "Ernest" only appears at the beginning and end... The rest is "Dr. Otto" in various forms trying to take over the world with the aid of various villainous helpers and his home-made robot, "Willy," that he built for the 8th grade science fair. Hilarious gags and hidden humor! Each time you watch you'll catch something you never noticed before. No input on "The Klutz." I haven't seen it.
