James gandolfini's last movie sadly but what a performance he gave. Tom hardy is a mesmerizing actor and gives a subtle yet deadly turn as a small time bartender with a sinister secret. A great movie from the mind who gave you Mystic River.

I didn't think I would like this movie all that much when I first started watching it but ended up loving it. The acting is great and the ending was dope too. Didn't expect that to happen. All in all its different and both actors did a great Job.

In the great James Gandolfini's last performance in a familiar role, albeit in a different scenario is also joined by Tom Hardy. Watch out for Tom Hardy's performance in this flick, he'll surprise you! Great movie with great cast! Watch it!

One of Hardys best films! I didn't know much about this but decided to pick it up anyways. Came out loving it! Tom puts on a performance to remember in this one. Picture and audio quality are both solid!

This movie didn't make too many waves when it was released. It's a really solid movie, though. James Gandolfini it's great, and so is the rest of the cast. Really solid, well acted, well-written and well shot.

This is really a great film. From acting, to atmosphere, to storyline. Well written and with two outstanding performances from tom hardy and the late James gandolfini in his final role. Can't say enough good things about this film.

This movie has a nice plot. It steadily leads to you like Tom Hardy's character and then approve his act on justice. Both Hardy & Gandolfini scores a gold star on acting in this movie. Also, the cute puppy is adorable!

If you are a fan of Tom Hardy you will enjoy these DVD's. Only 2 of the many he is very good at playing. For someone with a heavy English accent, he is able to change to native American without a flaw.

This was a good movie except for hardy and noomis "Brooklyn" accents are not there it's really bad they aren't even trying but the acting is there and the story is good with a nice twist

I am a huge Tom Hardy fan. It is always a pleasure to see him act, especially in a well written and directed film such as this. Everyone gives a powerful performance, but I feel Tom stands above everyone. He steals the show.

Picked up this movie because it was on sale, having never heard of it before. Turned out we really enjoyed it. A 'wise-guy' type movie with a puppy at the heart of the theme.

Excellent movie.Besides Mr. Galdofini's roll as Mr.Soprano in the HBO series The Soprano's, The Drop was his 2nd best roll......BUY IT!....Rest in Peace Mr. Galdofini,you will surely be missed.

I believe that this is one of James Gandolfini's final movie roles and I have enjoyed his work ever since watching The Soprano's. Tom Hardy was terrific as well; every bit as good as he was in The Revenant.

James Gandolfini always lives up to his character. This time on the other side of the mob. Lot's of Action and suspence!

This movie is great from start to finish Tom and John were perfect in this movie and it showed a lot of themes. If you like crime dram this is the perfect movie for you

If you love mobster movies, you will like this one. Definitely a different twist to gangsters and the mob. You start to wonder who the villain really is in this one.

English language debut for the director of acclaimed film "Bullhead", this showcases a great performance by Tom Hardy and takes a look into the underworld of organized crime.

Action suspense and drama, rolled into one. Characters were well played by the actors, everyone fit their roll. Movie had a good pace to it, did not drag at any point.

This movie is on my new favorites list in fact I watched it back to back. James Gandolfini is one of my favorites. You will not be disappointed with this one!

Not a "Must See" but one of Gandolfini's last films and good acting. It's pretty dark, not a happy place. Some film buffs may figure it out before it ends.
