Fergie really delivers with her solo album. The album is full of lots of hits so if you are into pop music this will definitely make for a great treat to your collection!

Another one I bought my daughter as a gift.she likes it. I hope cds stay around in the stores for a while yet!

She is beautiful and can sing. This has been out for a bit but still awesome.

At first glance, Fergie may look like just a glitzy pop star, and you might think that since this is her freshman effort that it may be without much substance, but this album proves that she has an amazing voice and loads of talent. Some of the tracks are slow, some fast, and some are inbetween. It's jazzy, funky (Fergalicious), sexy (Losing My Ground), fun (Mary Jane Shoes) and every track shows another facet to this diamond of a performer. Ludacris and will.i.am add some rap flavor, but not too much for fans that aren't so "into" the genre, and the musical arrangements are very tight, balanced, and original. As Fergie says, "Check it out!"

IVE HAVE BEEN A FAN OF FERGIE SINCE THE BLACK EYED PEAS FIRST CAME OUT. THE DUTCHESS ALBUM IS ONE OF HER BEST ALBUMS YET. FROM GLAMOROUS TO BIG GIRLS DON'T CRY TO HER NEWEST HIT SINGLE CLUMSY ARE ALL TOP HITS. FERGIES MUSIC IS NOT ALL THE SAME SHES MORE OF A HIP HOP/REGGAE ARTIST. AND I AM A BIG FAN OF REGGAE THIS CD IS AWESOME AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO LOVES FERGIES MUSIC. ENJOY THIS CD.

Duchess is a very good debut album and it definitely shows that Fergie is a force to be reckoned with. On this album my favorite song has to be "Clumsy" and that was before she released it for one of her singles. I dont like all of the tracks but for the most part the songs that are excellent far outweigh the songs that were sub-par. I look forward to her sophmore effort.

This album is good, but I have to say I was surprised how varied the styles are on it. She gives everything from reggae, to radio-friendly hits to a couple of songs that sound like they belong in a Broadway show. I like it, and I'm glad she's experimenting, though I think next time she should be a little more focused.

The dutchess is her best as a single artist. I dance to all the songs in my room, blastin them out my boombox. Fergalicious is such a great song, it has such a hot beat. This is a great party cd; I love it!
