    Set in Indonesia during the forties after WWII. A Dutch unit has to fight against enemies in the jungle that are not easy to see. Reminded me of a WWII Apocalypse Now. Dark characters, the "Turk", and some guys in the unit are not too friendly. The main character has a dark past that is brought out and used against him. I found the ending and what occurs in battle a bit sad.

    An ok war movie. Definitely not one of the best action movies I have seen. I thought it would be better. It was a little slow to start, but gradually got better. Easily a movie theme that was predictable to say the least. I watched it all the way through, but might find it hard to watch for a second time.

    This film follows a Dutch band of soldiers just after WW2. Gripping and engaging. A great story.
