This was a good tribute to a good TV Show, albeit a bit on the darker and violent side. The picture and sound to this blu ray are great. The special features are a little on the light side but that is to be expected. Denzel is great in this movie he plays both sides to McCalls character spot on. This movie does have the re-watch factor.

This is a story about a humble man who turns out to be a retired agent. He is forced out of retirement due to a vindictive drug-lord that want him exterminated. There is non-stop action throughout the movie.

Gets you hooked right from the start. Denzel plays a cool cat and definitely draws you to the mystery of his character. Only thing I would criticize is that the ending was too Hollywood for such a dark film. I just don't believe there's a way for it to end the way it did. Anyways, a must watch. Picture and sound are solid.

It felt like it took a while for the movie to really get moving, but the plot required a bit of setup initially. But once all the plot pieces were established, the movie took off from there! Denzel flows seamlessly from playing "the good Samaritan" in one scene to "the vigilante" in the next. This was a surprisingly entertaining movie!

One of my favorite Denzel movies, picture quality is top notch, sound is excellent, and a good movie to boot. The steelbook is nice!

I normally buy a movie every Tuesday Blue Ray and Best Buy Stores are great I have purchased many items from your stores an the employees there are great very helpful any time I come in store I receive help.

I have seen the previews from other movies and decided to take a chance on this one. Denzel does it again, another great action packed thriller. I'm looking forward to watching it again.

I used to watch the old tv show back in the day with Michael Caine. I was curious if Denzel would do okay in this reboot. It didn't disappoint. Can't wait to see part 2.

First, Best Buy always has the movie we want at the best buy. This movie has great plot, real characters, and a good feel. Perfect for guests and family. Watch it twice for twice as much fun.

Wanted the Equalizer for a while now, got it in a Blu-ray steelbook collectors case for $2.99!!! Excellent movie, better price! Only minor negative is no digital copy, but not a deal breaker!

One of my favorite Denzel series of movies I just have to own it I watched it every so often as good as mission impossible movies

I love Denzel in this movie and the movie itself is really good and exciting. The transfer to 4K is fantastic and is worth a look if you are into John Wick action movies.

Denzel is just another guy. He works at lowes. Doesn't get to see his daughter enough. And kills baddies in his free time. A great violent movie that is fun to watch for another other normal guy

I love Denzel Washington, anything he plays in, I will watch it. He made working at hardware store look good and made me want to work in one. This was a great movie. I give it five stars and two thumbs up.

Cool Steelbook and great plot and storyline. This is a very good movie and the 4K transfer is quite good....Price was fantastic

This is a great movie and Denzel is the main reason. He is hunkalicious in this movie and plays such a nice guy. It takes a few turns and twists and reveals a hidden hero.

A lot of action movie from tv series from the 80s.

I liked the Television series "The Equalizer" very much. Although I usually do not care for films that are remakes of previous movies or television shows, as a rule, this is an excellent movie.

The Equalizer starring Denzel Washington was a great movie. It does start off slow to establish the issue that the character is having but once the action starts you stay glued to watch what happens next!
