    I purchased this for my grandmother for Christmas and she loved it. It covers a broad selection of his many rock hits but was short on his gospel songs that my grandmother really loves so I bought a separate CD for those. I would have bought this for myself if I hadn't already owned a large multi-CD Elvis collection. I have other CDs from "The Essential" collection and have been very happy with all of them so I presume that this one lives up to that standard.

    I always enjoy "The Essential..." music of my favorite musical artists, including the music of my '50s parents I listened to as I grew up. I was pleased that it was in stock.

    I have some LPs by Elvis, but no CDs, that is why I chose this item. Double CD and all of the best hits. Can't miss by purchasing this item. Wonderful music.

    Nice 2 disc set for the newbie, or seasoned fan of Elvis Presley. Re-Master is very good. Can't go wrong with this set.
