Exorcist 4k review

HOWEVER there is a huge slash in the spine of the steelbook I ordered clearly made from when the box cutter opened the box.

Unacceptable

Not only was it shipped without any protection, but it also arrived with multiple scratches. Scratches that did NOT occur due to the shipping, as they were underneath the o-card or whatever it's called. This also happened to Smile AND Fall. Idk if this is Best Buy or the steelbook manufacturers, but unacceptable either way.

Checked the site to order another one, but movie was sold out. Called Best Buy to see what can they do? They offered me a 10% discount if I keep it. Unacceptable and this has occurred multiple times.

Too bad Best Buy will no longer physical media starting in 2024. Was about to sign up for their $49.99 service when I was rudely treated online. I will close out my account and never come back.
