Although I haven’t seen any of the other seasons, I found this very entertaining. I wanted to see if I liked the series or not before getting the rest. I will now pick up the others. Great Blu-ray quality and awesome special effects!

The Flash (2014) is one of my favorite series out today. It's a clean series for fans of superhero characters. The star, Barry Allen wants to see the good in those that have been given powers from a failed experiment at Star Labs and help them use their powers for good. It's a refreshing take on an otherwise dark DC universe, compared with more down to Earth comedic Marvel films. That said season five has a unique twist in a character, XS that unexpectedly shows up. The series looks great on Blu-ray and is a nice step above watching it streamed (which this includes digital copy codes for) or watching it from the CW network. If you are a fan of the series I can highly recommend season 5. If you haven't seen any episodes yet do yourself a favor and start from the beginning.

If you're reading this you probably have at least seen seasons 1-4 or own them already. If not, please catch up and don't jump into a series that has so much to know and understand before jumping into season five. The discs themselves: Quality is excellent on the 16 x 9 transfer, six episodes per disc including the entire "Elseworlds" crossover, deleted scenes and gag reel. The images are sharp and well defined. For those who just stream episodes, there's so much more detail to be seen. and audio is no slouch either, although the tracks are front speaker predominant most of the time. Rear channels come to life when it makes sense to. An excellent season transfer.

In season five, the Flash gets to meet and fight crime alongside his future daughter--who never got to meet him. Why? He disappeared in the "Crisis on Infinite Earths." That event is set for this upcoming season of all the Arrowverse shows. Flash's daughter, known as XS (for "excess" and XS meaning "extra small"), is a flawed and angry girl. Things happened in her past and Team Flash's future that left her angry and bitter. I have enjoyed the work of this actress (Jessica Parker Kennedy) since the Starz pirate show Black Sails. The main "bad guy" is (yet again) the Reverse Flash, Eobard Thawn. Though his time as the mentor of XS (in the future) has changed him somewhat. If you're a fan of the Flash, pick up this show!

I have every season of the Flash on Blu-ray or DVD-this time around I bought the Blu-ray set for season 5. I was happy that they improved the menu on this set compared to previous sets. It's easier for me to see what highlighted when choosing an episode for interest. Also this Blu-ray set actually remembers where you leave off when you turn off the player and come back to it later-which not all Blu-rays do like DVDs.

I have been a fan of the Flash tv show for years now and have been following the crazy adventures and story lines from this series endlessly. I had been waiting for this current season to break the $20 mark to jump at it and this Black Friday Best Buy offered it for only $10! I purchased it and am a happy camper. The image and video is very clear, clean and crisp and the audio is high quality.

I really enjoyed this season. This Blu Ray comes with the cross over event from Supergirl and Arrow plus The Flash ( side note the cross over from all 3 shows are only available on the Blu Ray set and not the DVD set ) it is worth the money spent for any fan of the series.

Of all the DC Comic series, The Flash is at the top for me. Great story lines with excellent character development. The action is non-stop and it quite often leaves you on the edge of your seat at the end of an episode. You can't go wrong with The Flash.

Flash brings the comic to the small screen in a cinematic screening. This season brings in his daughter from the future and his daughter definitely has her secrets from the future, the past, and the present. This show definitely keeps you on your toes.

The continuing adventures of Barry Allen, The Flash. If you're a fan of the show you'll get this. The picture and sound quality is great as usual. Glad that Warner is still releasing TV shows on Blu-ray!

Love The Flash series, one of my fave on CW and I love that I got this on sale on Black Thurs (Black Friday who) and couldn't be happier... Black Thursdays are better than Black Fridays...

After an underwhelming 4th season, the Flash returns to its roots. It has a better villain, a less convoluted story, and solid action. Flash fans definitely need to check this season out.

The addition of Nora brought some of the wonder back to the show that it had in the first season when Flash was first learning to use his powers. This, combined with the excellent Elsewords crossover and the fate of Nora at the end of the season created a show that deserves to be watched.

I love superheros I know many are split between DC and Marvel but the flash with grant is amazing I have all of them thus far and im glad that this came with a digital copy.

5th season of The Flash. Great story lines although in my opinion dragged on a little too long but wonderful all the same. Crossover is included in the Season 5 pack as well.

I have been watching "The Flash" though it's entire run. I have completely loved every season. I think it's got the best villains and the stories are great.

I thought overall this season was pretty good, but the first big bad is not intimidating at all. He tried to hard with his gruff acting. Great audio and video.

What a season. You meet your chicks from the future and get to battle alongside her only to feel more pain when she gets hurt... Edge of your seat action!

I love all the series from The Flash, and the action, all the time at this series keep you at the edge of your seat, waiting what will happen next.

In my opinion this is the best superhero program on TV The storyline is great The effects are top notch and the action is great A must watch
