Compared to Halloween, I prefer The Fog. This is classic John Carpenter, from the direction to the score. The steelbook is nice, glossy, and the remaster is great. I'd highly recommend for any classic horror or Carpenter fan.

This steelbook is exactly as expected, actually slightly better. Looks great with the other two. Big time John Carpenter fan so this is a no-brainer. I really hope there are more to this series. Many movies to choose from.

With all of John Carpenter's classic movies, this one slipped by me for years. That is until now. It's a really solid ghost story-esque movie that simply works. There isn't much to say about why it's good, it just does what it needs to do. There are some cool effects throughout though, which is notable. Give it a watch and see for yourself.

I remember watching this as a kid and being utterly terrified. Now I watch it and enjoy every second. John Carpenter directs another classic. One of my favorite horror films of all time. Awesome special features are a plus.

First film outside of Halloween of a studio deal to produce a few films of his own... became very successful (in fact John carpenters film signed on for the “film to make for a studio” was The Thing) yet, the fog is a great horror with fantastic cast and visuals

I'm not the kind of guy to keep on rebuying things, but since 2010 I've had to rebuy everything in my collection and this was a worthy upgrade. If you were hoping to get a better copy this blu ray is as good as it gets.

I have loved this movie since I was a kid. Tom Atkins grew up right here in Pittsburgh, Pa. so its always great to see him on the big screen. A horror classic that will never ever go out of style and better on bluray!

This is vintage, classic John Carpenter. No fancy special effects, or 3D, ect. Just turn out the lights, during a storm, and let your imagination take over. One of my favorite ghost stories.

Great for a guy movie... kept him entertained while I made supper!

I love most of John Carpenter's films. It was given a blue tint to the film which in my opinion really helps sets the mood for the film. I love. I like that Shout Factory made a reversible cover with the original theater cover for those that might not like their cover art they made.

Great movie an all time classic. John carpenter at his very best. This movie is a gem and one of carpenters classics that made me an addict to all his movies. I highly recommend it. Much better then the recent remake.

I was shocked that BB got these John Carpenter Scream Factory steelbooks in. And at a freaking steal. I had bought They Live already, and wish I hadn't. I could've gotten it $11 cheaper tab BB.

And with a new film transfer, a steelbook casing and an all star cast, this John Carpenter Movie is one of His best work. Don't go into The Fog, watch it from Your living room again and again.

We enjoyed the mystery behind the premise of the movie

I remember seeing this year's ago at the drive in and I was young. It wasn't a gory film more suspenseful in its camera work and effects. A great but easily overlooked classic by John Carpenter.

The Fog collector's edition. Couldn't find it on streaming services so I decided to own it.

Movie was incredible. The golden age for horror, the 70s, a time when jump scares weren't there and it was the story that made you fear what you see and make you jump. Simply a classic.

Great movie loved the ending and it was a great lead up too. Jamie Lee Curtis plays a good role but is not the entire focal point here. All in all good story line.

Carpenter's follow up to Halloween is rough around the edges, but an excellent entry into his body of work. There are tons of great features. Scream Factory did a great job.
