A great subtle and creepy cult classic horror film from the 80's. Good cast and solid special effects make this movie a must own for any horror fan.

Big Carpenter fan. A great premise and well executed in this film. It also boasts a great cast from John Houseman to Janet Leigh to Jamie Lee Curtis and Adrienne Barbeau. That is a great trio of actresses and great looking too.

This film is excellent. It is one of John Carpenter's best films. This Shout Factory release has great quaility and the bonus materials are great.

I was very happy when I found this movie, I really like the original version. The remake is ok, but i think this one is way scarier. If you have seen the remake of The Fog, but have never seen the original, I recommend that you get the original.

I love this version of The Fog and was afraid I'd never find it on Blue Ray but Best Buy came through again and at a great price!

Doctor Who has a similar story with The Fourth Doctor, "Horror at Fang Rock". Not at all saying that Carpenter ripped it off. Rather, the four-episode serial would be a great way for Carpenter fans to get into Classic Who.

One of my favorite scary movies. The remake doesn't do it justice. Definitely a good one for a cold dark night cuddled up

Love the soundtrack love the movie so creepy in its vibe

John Carpenter just has a certain vibe with his movies and The Fog continues that trend. If you like his movies, you will certainly enjoy this one as well. This steel book is amazing and definitive.

Excellent release of John Carpenter's classic. Gotta love the early films Jamie Lee did to make her the scream queen she is.

Film is average 80's light horror. Only really effective in the last 30 mins. Blu ray is very good for picture, sound is adequate. Collectors will want this for the extras which were better than expected.

This is not the best John Carpenter film, but is a fun Halloween time flick, especially if you want to feel some coastal spookiness.

The Fog collectors edition is a must buy for all fans of this classic horror flick. The soundtrack is just perfect.

The music is inspired. Adrianne Barbeau huba huba. The remake has no standing next to this version.

Good blu ray upgrade from my old DVD copy. Sound quality is top notch. The steelbook case art is amazing.
