The Model Can Sing!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved the album, it has a kinda has folksy-rock sound to it. Some songs give me a 60's or Chaplin-Era sort of vibe(the sound like they're playing out of a gramaphone) .Some songs have little pedal steel guitar,acoustic guitar,fiddle, organ,piano or with harmonizing vocals. A slight Cat Power-Patsy Cline vibe, dipping every now and then into some Bluegrass sound.Not a single drop of pop in here! Very easy to listen to.She has a really lovely melodic voice. The lyrics are good, they sound like stories being sung. I definitely look forward for more music from her.
