Better than a 3 but not quite a 4
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As far as todays lyrical content goes Wale's the Gifted straddles the fence between conscious and the status quo. Its a shame that someone so Gifted has to dumb down his art so that the masses will accept it. I will continue to support because I know some need a spoon full of honey with their meds.

Classic Rap Album

He has grown so much as an artist while his poetic lyricism is as strong as ever. The albums covers so many topics regarding his celebrity and about life in general and every song is a portrait of different points in his life. The album also flows incredibly well from one song into the next.

This is an album that you'll be listening to for months and still HEARING something that you didn't catch before. Nice thought provoking topics. Wale is definitely one of the realest doing it!
