The Godfather and The Godfather Part II are still among the best movies ever made! While the third one is no classic, it has its moments. And it is nice having all three movies in one set. When I told my husband the 12.99 price made it an offer I couldn't refuse, he shook his head and gave me "the look". When you have a fairly extensive movie collection, the first two Godfather movies should be part of it. Some movies, even good ones, can only be watched a couple times before getting tired of them, but The Godfather stands up to multiple viewings.

I had seen the first 2 movies, but not the last one. I actually read the book. A lot of violence and language, but that to me seems to be how it was and is with what and how they lived. After I got this dvd, I sat down and watch all 3 for a total of a little 9 hours in one sitting. All the actors were great and you feel like you are actually there with the characters living their lives with them.

The Godfather Movie collection provides 3 Oscar winning movies on a single DVD at a bargain price. The movies are excellent and the "extras" are enlightening. I don't buy DVD's. I rent them, watch once and go on to something else, e.g., a book, music, or another movie, I made an exception in this case because of the quality of the films and the price. I would recommend the purchase to anyone who enjoys good movies. This is one more example of a Best Buy Bargain.

This is still my all-time favorite gangster movie godfather 1 and 2 was superb. I can't say that I really enjoyed 3 very much. If feel very short of content and it just seem like something that was just thrown together not like 1 and 2 which was were very well written and very well directed

Wanted to see to see the complete series of the Godfather This set was very reasonable and was delivered in a timely manner It just as exciting as I remembered Very happy with my purchase!!!!

Godfather and Godfather II are the best movie(s) ever made; while the third volume is generally criticized, I think it is better than average and worthy of making this a 5-star trilogy. The story, the acting, the classic lines (e.g., "Leave the gun, take the cannoli")--a true blockbuster of filming.

I am embarrassed to say that I haven’t watched the dvd yet. My DVD player is not working right now. I will get another soon. I know I will love it. My movie crazy family says it is a must see and can’t believe I haven’t yet. However, I can review Best Buy’s ease of ordering and ease of pick up—5 stars for both!!!

The Godfather Trilogy all on one DVD Collection is one of the best there is to offer. The Trilogy takes place from the past and to the present onto the future of The story of The Coleones Family. Gripping and Masterful a true work of art for the big screen. An action pack thriller a true veteran such as Francis Ford Coppola could bring you to the edge of your seat.

This film collection is one of the best ever...at least in a drama series. There are many great gangster movies and this easily shoots (pun intended) to the top of the list. Great story, incredible scenery, incredible slice of history...where's my popcorn?

When I seen it advertised for 7.99 in store it was only blue ray but found the DVD set online and I knew I had to get it!! I loved the first godfather, second one was OK, and I absolutely hated the third one (I will not spoil the movie(s) if anyone hasn't seen them) but third one just doesn't make sense!!

My niece was baptized and I am the Godfather. So naturally I bought the 14 month old this classic series. I can't watch it with her yet because she'd too young. Although on her 4th birthday we'll sit down and watch it together. Can't wait!!

The godfather movie trio is a great collection to have. the movies are classics and will be popular for along time. I really like these movies and they were well portrayed by some great actors and actresses.

I had never seen this before, but on a whim I picked it up. It is old school story telling. Pay attention, because sometimes it moves slow, then if you slack off, you miss a key point that happens quickly. All around, I have enjoyed it.

Do I really need to write a review for this one? It’s all three godfather movies, the very pinnacle of films. This is what every Oscar chaser has ever and will ever try to replicate.

Great price for all three Godfather movies. It is not Blu-Ray, but that is OK with me. For the price I can't complain. I enjoyed all three of the movies and now I can watch them anytime I want. If you wanted to collect the Godfather movies this is a less expensive way to get all three.

Obviously a gangster classic. I misplaced my copies of these DVDs a while back and just felt the need to replace them for my library. I am a fan of this genre and the acting, cinematography, and music are so dark and compelling.

i have watched and loved the godfather since i was way younger. the story line, acting and score are superb and these dvds are excellent. highly recommend.

I have not watched this movie in many years. I forgot all about it until I searched through all the movies and had to buy it. What was really nice is I had a reward to lower the price which was even better.

Every movie lover should own this trilogy, especially if you enjoy mob movies. The original godfather is a classic. I bought this for a great price, and my wife and I have already watched them all.

We only watched the first movie, but it was great and you received all three. Was concerned since there was not a security seal on the dvd packing and thought it might not work, but it was fine.
