This set was, is a must have for all serious movie collectors. Could not wait to have this. This is movie story telling at its finest. Mario Puzo is a true genius. The only other crime movie to hsve an effect on the public of this magnitude is Scarface. I truly believe this trilogy is the greatest of all time. Drama at it's best. Just awesome in every way.

The picture was amazing. I had the DVD from the early 2000's and the picture was grainy looking like the took the best of the old scratched film stock and transtered it. With these they went back to the negatives and fixed and rebrightened the colors and removed all the scratches. I you love gangster movies this is a must buy.

In this special 50th anniversary edition, you get the discs from each films (Godfather 1,2, and 3), alongside with a bonus disc. You also get a digital code for each films, which is always appreciated. I watched them all the moment I got the trilogy and it is amazing to see it again so many times, especially now in 4k. Loved it!

It's hard to believe this movie is 50 years old now, and the restoration they did with it makes it look like it could have bee released within the last 5 years. Definitely an upgrade from the dated blu-rays released nearly 15 years ago. This is a must own.

What can I say about The Godfather trilogy that hasn't already been remarked upon? Absolutely nothing...but this 4k edition of the films is the definitive edition to own. Every film looks stunning in their respective 4k rendering. A must own for any Coppola fan and Godfather enthusiast!

Solid remaster. Quality 4k picture. It’s the Godfather. Made me wanna read the book and fill in whatever gaps may have been left out. Going through a tough breakup and ironcally, this centers me. 5/5 would ruin another relationship, reflect and watch this masterpiece.

Great resolution. The colors and contrasts are much more bold and the level of detail in everything on screen is much greater. I was too young to see the Godfather when it was released in theatres so I have only seen VHS, DVD, BluRay and HBO broadcasts. This is huge improvement over all of those. Great extra features too.

The Godfather parts 1 & 2 are the best films of all time, no question about that. Part 3 is a guilty pleasure. The 4K remasters make these films look the best they ever have. I watch this trilogy at least once a year, so owning it in 4K is essential for fans of the franchise. Fast and secure shipping from Best Buy!

This is the finest transfer I’ve seen for The Godfather after many editions bought by family members and a Blu ray edition by me years ago. This is my 2nd edition I’ve bought and glad I never bought all the other formats throughout the years. This is by far the one to rule them all.

The Godfather in 4k Blu Ray is amazing in both sound and color as someone who saw the movies when they opened in1972 and 1974 they've never looked better especially with this these movies on most people's list as being the best of all time. The service at best buy is always first class!!

Two of the best movies ever and one that was a bit disappointing. That said this transfer is amazing. I have these films in every format from vhs to laser disk and beyond. This by far is the best ive seen. No matter how many copies you have, this version is a must add.

I had been waiting for the 4k remaster of the Godfather series for so long and I am so happy with the results. I was so surprised because this is such an improvement from previous releases. These movies look like they were filmed last year not 50 years ago.

What more can you say about one of the greatest film trilogies of all time? These have all been painstakingly restored, and will be the best way to watch these movies for the next 20 years. A must-have for any film fan.

Iconic movies. Parts 1 & 2 are in a class all their own - writing, acting, directing. Even though many trash Part 3, I liked it. Not on part with parts 1 & 2, but I still found it entertaining.

Just a marvelous collection to own, I own also the original collection in Blu-ray that included that “not-so great” 3rd film but this new 4K collection includes the new 3rd movie, the edited version that make it a master peace to own.

This is the best this movie has ever looked except for those who saw it at the movies in 1972. The HDR was on point with great colors and inky blacks. A nice amount of film grain that fits this timepiece film. A must buy for 4k collectors!

Wow! So excited to get The Godfather in 4k! The quality is incredible and the extras were fantastic. These include Blu-Ray and digital copies! Great deal for one of the greatest film trilogies in history!

I am someone that watched the Godfather when I was in college. It became my favorite movie of all time immediately and still has that honor. All three movies are very well made and should be part of a movie lover.

A must have for any movie collector. I purchased this trilogy when it came out on DVD. Had to get it now that it's in 4K/Digital. Love these movies, yes even the third one. Great price for a classic trilogy.

If you don't own these movies, particularly part 1 and 2 then you are missing out on owning cinematic history. Plus, you can see the difference in the 4K version, cleaner and crisper. Well worth the money spent.
