Great Dvd at bargain price

Both stories and both films cast members were fabulous. Just wish they had made the sequel to Golden Compass for the movie theater. They have the sequel to Golden Compass on a TV series called His Dark Materials. It’s great as well.

Cheaper than going to the theater.

Inkheart was great - Golden Compass not so much

Some blu ray movies looks better than others. This is a ten for picture quality. So I give a ten for picture quality and a five for the movies cause I like "Golden Compass" but didn't like "Inkheart". So there u have it.

well packaged, but movies are mediocre

And while the audio and video for both films is what you'd expect from blu-ray, it can't save these films. So if you enjoyed either one, by all means, this is the set for you. Otherwise, this is not a recommended blind buy.
