There was a disconnect between the animated environment and the characters. The world looked photo realistic, while the characters were very cartoonish. It felt like two different studios worked on each.

The good dinosaur follows a great idea for a movie. Pixar delivers great visuals as expected, but the storyline falls just a bit short of the high level of expectation for a Disney-Pixar film.

It wasn't a great Disney Pixar movie, comparing to others. I saw it in the theaters and wasn't impressed. However, I still bought the movie because I'm a Disney fan and collect all of their movies.

My wife is an animated movie fan and we thought this would be a good one for our grandson. After she watched it, she said it was "just okay". As usual Best Buy had it available and at a good price.

May not be the best among Pixar's Animation Lineup but still it carries the heartwarming disney nature of this Boy and his Dinosaur. Recommended to the entire family to watch!

visual its great but the story was not what it could have been and my son got bored with it a day after purchase so it was not like finding nemo that we have watched 500 times or more

As usual Disney Pixar delivers great animation though lack luster but decent storyline... better than dory 2... still waiting for Incredibles 2 (what is Disney waiting for?)

The Good Dinosaur has that feel good story about the little guy that can do anything and make new friends along the way. The story is nice but overall, the move was a little boring.

This movie although visually beautiful, lacked that spark that Pixar is associated with. For me, it's the weakest of the movies. However, I'm no child. My nieces loved the movie.

I like this movie enough to be able to watch it with my kids, but the story is plodding and the characters are middling. The lush backgrounds and vistas are beautiful to look at.

This steelbook is just ok as so along with most of the new Pixar steelbooks they keep producing. Older ones were much better

It seems to me that it was set for 4 years and older. But the 2 year old likes it better. Main downside is the "drug" use during the movie, they should've avoided this.

The animation was great, but the story was average. Pixar could have written more for the story. It's an ok buy for kids, but not for adults who love animated stories.

Not the best Pixar movie but still enjoyable. The animations are great and the story is good, but there is just something off about the movie. Worth a watch, though.

This movie was okay. I have a 4 year old who's really into dinosaurs but really wasn't into the movie. The story is okay, but it just didn't keep my kids interest.

I bought this for my grandsons, age 10 and 5. They loved it. I thought it was just ok compared to some of the over movies I've watched with them. i.e.; Lego Movie.

For a Pixar movie this was kinda a let down. Great graphics and picture but overall storyline is kinda predicted and bland. Some parts of of movie downright weird.

This is one of our least favorite Pixar Films. The animation was very well done however the story line was lacking. Could have been a much better movie story wise.

My kids aren't watching this one as much as they watch other movies yet, but it's good quality animation and I expect it will become popular in our house soon.

A bit simplistic in its animation, but an enjoyable story with the 3D version giving a nice "depth of field" aspect to the viewing process. Colors are vibrant.
