I really liked The Great Wall. It was awesome in 4K. The price was to good to pass up. Thanks for the deal Best Buy.

This didn't blow up the ratings when it came out, but it turned out to be a very good fantasy adventure, and the 4K render was quite good as well.

Fun historic movie with creatures trying to get over the wall, action packed! Fun movie for the family

The Great Wall is an action/fantasy movie. If you understand that going in you will enjoy this movie. There are a couple plot lines taking place that are easy to follow and the CGI action scenes look great. It gives a whole different perspective on why the great wall of China was built. If you are a Matt Damon fan you will find that he was given ample room to perform, not his his best movie but not a stinker either. I enjoyed it.

I originally though that it would be an OK movie, but I enjoyed more than expected. Good action movie.

This movie got slammed by critics before it's release because they cast Matt Damon and insisted his character have a pony tail. Pony tail brushed aside, I enjoyed the movie overall. I don't know if it's historically accurate based on the dragons and pony tails but if you can ignore that and enjoy it for what it is, I think you can grab some popcorn and find yourself mezmorized by what you're watching. I don't know if Matthews pony is CGI or if he grew it out for the role but based on his commitment to other roles and from what I wrote on his wikipedia page, the FX team or Matt deserve some recognition to their work. The 4K shines like the glimmering horses mane that flows off Matty's mop top and I highly recommend picking this up if you're a thrill seeking fan of dragons and ponies.

I know that this movie got a lot of flak for "reasons", but it really wasn't as bad as everyone said it was. It was an enjoyable popcorn flick. From an AV perspective (on the 4K UHD version), it's phenomenal. HDR really pops the color and contrast out while the audio is thunderous and very surround heavy.

Some 4ks are no better, maybe worse, than the blu ray copy. This disc has eye popping color, typical TrueHD sound, and the movie is pretty enjoyable. Some movies you watch once and that's it. This one is a choice I believe that can be pulled out once or twice a year with enjoyment. The action scenes are pretty impressive, some other scenes drag a little, but overall good purchase.

Interesting movie, horror,sci-fi,feudal China meet for battle. Looks great on Blu-ray!

Matt Damon is epic in this movie. The movie will put you on the edge of your seat. The special effects were second to none.

For a far fetched adventure to explain the reason for China’s Great Wall, I found it entertaining as long as you don’t try to make it something it’s not ( it’s not the greatest story ever told.) it is somewhat of a cross between the Three Musketeers, and The Battle of The Five Army's. Pure escape fiction that requires little thought to enjoy.

This movie looked so good in HD Blu-ray, but even better in 4k. The colors are outstanding!!!
