it is not a bad movie and certainly not ambitious enough to deserve any of the vitriol people read into the story without ever watching the movie. I was entertained but not really awestruck.

It was interesting with the take on the Great Wall of China but it was pretty predictable, hero type is bad guy who ends up being the Hero of China at the end. It's a fun romp in monster blood but not much more.

Although many of the outdoor scenes of the topography are stunning, it is not enough to overcome the lame dialogue. I watched it once, and once was too much.

The “mehiest” movie you’ll ever watch. Matt Damon seems so out of place in the film. Also he has this very odd accent that comes and go. The action was meh, the story was meh, the characters were meh.

Excellent special effects and good production fail to translate a very weak plot into pleasant movie viewing. Goes to show a big budget and big name actor does not guaranty a good movie.

I think of all the movies Matt Damon has starred in this is the most ridiculous story line I have seen in a very long time. A waste of the actors time and the audience's money

If you liked any of the other Wolverine/X-Men movies please skip this one! If on the other hand you like a director that is more in love with himself than either the plot or the characters therein, with a healthy liberal undertone by all means buy! It also seems as if whatever ginormous sums they paid to Jackman and Stewart to shoot this P*S did not leave much for story development, decent supporting cast, sets and so on. What a joke!

I thought the great wall was about the China spectacle but it is a science fiction horror story, and I did not like it at all

Action is somewhat decent, but the story is filled with overdone clichés and filled with nonsensical sequences and visual designs.

Well, the Wall was well built, and maybe some of the characters, but what a stinker. Matt should stick to better scripts.
