A Must watch movie for all Christians alike. I find this movie very stimulating and helps me to reflect deeper into my faith. Max Von Sydow was great in his role as Jesus Christ. It was a well done portrayal of his life on earth. I will look forward to watching this again soon.

Good Christian movie. Only thing I found wrong was Judas falling into a fire and not hanging himself like the Bible says. Love the movie!

Wonderful story of the Life of our LORD! A must own for any follower believer of JESUS. As a Christian I am happy to own a copy.

This review is for the Blu Ray transfer alone. The Greatest Story Ever Told is one of the most beautiful, well done films of all time. Unfortunately, the Blu Ray transfer is atrocious. There is so much grain, that at times the film is unwatchable. If you own the DVD, keep it. If you've never seen this beautiful film, seek out the DVD. This Blu Ray is horrible.

The greatest story ever told is a very good religious movie. The King of Kings is better. The picture quality is ok.

I've watched this movie several times and seem to notice something new every time. It's one of those movies you just don't get tired of seeing.

My mother loves these types of movies so I figured I would add to her collection. Maybe she will move away from VHS now.

This is one of my favorite movies. I have it on video and have watched it so many times that the tape was becoming worn through. When I received a Best Buy gift certificate for Christmas, I promptly ordered three of my favorite movies ever. This was one of them. I love this film. The many, many famous actors, the setting, the narration, the chilling portrayal of the devil, the thrilling use of Handel's Hallelujah Chorus... The list goes on. The only down side is, is that the DVD seemed a little grainy to me. But, I quickly forgot about that as I became more and more absorbed into the movie. I'll be watching it again and again.

My family and I enjoy this film, a timeless addition to the movie library.
