These are two of Tom Hanks best films. The first one is about his character he plays named Paul Edgecomb. He tells his personal experience as a guard on the green mile to another character in an old folks home in the movie. The second one is about a character he plays named Forrest Gump while he tells his story to other characters in the film about his lifetime then until now & then some.

Everyone knows that Forrest Gump is a classic film. It stands the test of time and is incredibly rewatchable. The Green Mile is a great, underrated film that was overshadowed by another fantastic prison film that came out a few years earlier (Shawshank Redemption, by Green Mile director Frank Darabont). Great performances by all involved.

I had seen parts of both movies but this was first time I saw them from beginning to end. Didn't know what I was missing! The Green Mile is mesmerizing- wouldn't change it in any way. Forrest Gump is so full of wisdom.

Two great movies. If you are a fan of Tom Hanks you'll enjoy this double feature and at the price point for 3 blu rays you simply cannot go wrong. I certainly recommend this to any movie collecter or Tom hanks fan!

I love the movies and they go great together. The Green Mile is as family oriented as Forest Gump (draw your own conclusions), but affordable to add to the collection.

I watched this movie when I was younger in standard def and thought it was great. I recently got this in Blu-Ray and it is even better. The movie has a great plot and is one that is a must have for everyone.

2 great movies at a great price!...I forgot how good Green Mile was until I watched again...fantastic video and audio on both...2 movies you will want to watch numerous times...must have !!!

this purchase was an excellent bargain for two wonderful movies! To actually have them both on Blu-ray DVD is even better. I highly recommend this purchase for anyone who is a Tom Hanks fan .

I bought this combo mainly to get Forrest Gump on Blu-Ray, with The Green Mile being an added bonus. I hadn't seen The Green Mile before but had heard it was a good film. I was not disappointed.

Two of my favorite movies on 1 disc - I had no choice but to purchase it. And I got it for a really good price. I Love how Best Buy has these 2 or 3 movies on 1 disc specials.

the acting was good in both. i personally have always liked forest gump and this was the first time for me to see green mile and i really got into it and definitely enjoyed it.

Forest Gump is one of the most quoted and enjoyed movies of all time. And to package it with another well received movies, then get them in Blu-Ray, what a deal.

I love having the option for combo packs with blu ray movies. The Green Mile is one of the best movies I have ever seen and Forrest Gump is a must see.

I had previously seen these movies in theater and VCR tape. Blu-ray makes them so much more enjoyable to watch. Will keep the disc for future watching.

my girls love forrest gump i bought it because we already watched more than 10 times on tv and everytime it is on tv we watch the whole movie again

I would recommend this to anyone who loves great movies, like these. These are classic film, that everyone should watch at least once.

How can you go wrong with this set of movies. Hanks is such a versatile actor. Storylines are wonderful. A must have for your collection.

Tom Hanks makes these two movies worth buying no matter what type of movies you prefer. Top-Notch acting by everyone.
