Not particularly my favorite show, but got it as a gift. If you liked Gumby, you'll like this set... If not, then you're probably not reading this review anyway... Soo... Yeah.

I grew up with countless reruns of these legendary cartoons, even if they are old and dated. This box set features all 22 of the 1950's episodes, complete and uncut. You even get a real Gumby toy packed with it. So kick back, put on your comfy pj's and become a kid again. And, if you never had that experience, enjoy it for the first time. This is the stuff of legend!

This was one of my favorite shows growing up. Gumby and Pokie and friends were always the highlight of my day. This boxset is awesome. 22 episodes on 2 discs and 220 minutes of awesome claymation goodness. And yes, there are some nice extras included on this fully remastered set. Also included in this set is a fully posable Gumby figure. It really doesn't get any better than this.

Despite the fact that I grew up in the 80s and not the 50s or 60s, these original Gumby episodes were still on TV! Is it because they just couldn't think of things to put on the tube in the 1980s? Yeah. Right. More like it's because they're absolutely awesome & bizarre; simple adventures, often with a lesson, from a strange mind.

As soon as I heard about this release, I had to get it. I've always been a fan of Gumby! I have a good set of gumby dvd's , but when I heard it was going to be remastered and with original soundtrack, I had to get it. The fact that it came with a poseable Gumby figure made it all the more better! Great buy for a great price!

I grew up on the adventures of Gumby and Pokey and it still has a wonderful nostalgic charm. This package is made even cooler because it comes with your own flexible toy. This is the perfect companion the Sixties series that has already been released. Great extras too!

I use to watch the show as a kid. Very funny and amazing with how they used clay to animate this series. Better than most cartoons of that time. Gumby and Pokey dealing with the Blockheads is the highlight of these DVDs. You'll be laughing !!!

If you were around in the 60's you will remember Gumby, a very simple show about a bendable boy and his pony Pokey. The moonboggles were his enemies. The picture and sound are great and the bonus Gumby toy make this a great purchase.

What's not to love about reliving your childhood television memories on DVD? Silly, a bit dry and kinda cheesy, but this brought a smile to my face and perhaps will do the same for my younger grandchildren.

I am not sure how kids these days would think of it that is with computer animation they may like the stories though. That is something all the shows in the past had not just graphics like these days. The other thing hurting today's shows is unreality TV as I call it only cops and the first 48 hours are reality.

nice to have a collection of the Gumby and Pokey shows that I watched when I was growing up. After all Gumby was 60 this year. Some shows I couldn't find on other sources

After several best of releases, they finally release a complete series of this classic show and I'm very satisfied with it. They did a great job with it.

I loved Gumby when I was a kid. MY kids love it too. This is a great DVD with all the Gumby episodes. You also get a cool flexible Gumby toy.

I watched this back when it was still new on TV when I was A little kid. I always loved this series. It is Great to be able to watch it again.

A great box set of Gumby's original adventures. It comes with a Gumby figure that will bring back nostalgic feelings from years ago!

My dad introduced me to Gumby when I was kid. When I saw they where releasing it on dvd, I had to buy it. It was great to rewatch it.

what a surprise to find all episodes of Gumby on DVD along with a Gumby doll. just bring back memories. great for young kids to watch

For a 1950's cartoon the quality is excellent as well as sound. The packaging of the set is also great with a big Gumby included. What is not to like about Gumby.
