    First off: This is not an actual DVD, it is a DVDR. I have noticed this is an unfortunate, but not entirely new, trend. I Purchased the Hanna-Barbera Space Ghost and Dino boy series, as well as Verdan and Cowboy in Africa from the Best Buy Site: All DVDR’s. Be warned. The Movie: The movie is great. As someone said, campy, but great. It stars David Hayter, the voice of the ledgendary Solid Snake (Listen for it), and also has some cool practical effects. I would agree that this movie is better than its predecessor. This is because this movie embraces what anime hopes to achieve. The first movie merely pokes fun at anime and it’s tropes (though still worth a watch, with Mark Hammil hamming it up).

    Rare that a follow up movie is better than the first one. Strong storyline. Recommended.

    This a great Syfy movie in the tradition of Japanese animation. It is campy but enjoyable.
