World War II color movie with action & humor.

This movie is for die-hard Tom Selleck fans. Two American special agents are sent into France in June of 1940 to obtain or destroy deadly
biological agents before the Germans can get them. The agents are
aided by some gypsies. This movie seemed cheaply made to me and
after watching it I was left with a feeling of disappointment.
