This movie will have your side split open with laughter and when its not destroying your funny bone it will shock you until your floor hits the ground. Hangover is nothing but a non stop barrage of great moments and shocking scenes all strung together in a great story and unforgettable adventure. You spend most of the movie trying to figure out how certain things happened. Like how did a lion get into the bathroom or why is the recliner still smoking from last night? Its nice to see a comedy come out every once in a while that pushes all your senses and maybe your buttons. This movie looks to take you on the journey with the characters by confusing the viewer as well. Zack G. is a show stealer. The rest of the cast are firing on all cylinders as well. Don't rent this... BUY IT! You will want to see this over and over again. Most of it will be missed because you will be on the floor in tears of laughter.

The Hangover has been getting rave reviews and many commenters giving it "instant classic" status. So a great movie, but a terrible use of the Blu ray format. There is no insert to speak of, no special packaging, no nothing. You open it up and you get a bluray, no questions asked. If not for the constant price specials on this item, it would be horribly overpriced. The movie itself is decent but the sound, even with the latest codecs, garnishes no real audio sound benefits over dvd. Speaking of DVD, that is exactly what this Bluray feels like. The amature attempt at a menu still has the hard clipped (and cheap looking) icons of DVD menus. You won't even get a vignette of moving imagery or clips to half amuse you, you'll just get a flat title screen. Extras are also the biggest joke. The highlight of the extras are the "extra photos" from the camera. While entertaining content, it was presented in an incredibly cumbersome and simple manner. I've seen 10 year old movies redone in Bluray with better extra content and highlights than this. For purists (who could care less about extras) a good buy just for the movie, but you definitely won't be impressed with anything else. For those who buy Blurays for the step-up in quality and extras, not the best buy. Make sure you buy it on sale for under $17 or you're paying a premium for content that isn't there.

I had my reservations about this movie. However, after watching it three times I still find it hysterical. OK, so its not a "FILM" and its not meant to be. Its four guys, looking for a good time in Vegas. The wolf pack speech is straight comic genius, if you're not a guy between the ages of six to ninety you wont get it, if you are a woman then believe me this is no exaggeration of what happens at MOST bachelor parties, albeit, not always in Vegas. The movie is slapstick, so if watching people fall on ice or some one walking into a glass door because they're texting or a toddler hitting daddy in the family jewels with his playskool hammer doesn't amuse you then perhaps this movie is not for you. Other than that you will be asking your friends if they have seen the movie, those that have cant stop talking about it and those that havent will soon be part of the wolf pack when they do watch it!

I'll be the first to admit that I slept on this movie when the trailers came out and simply never saw it. Oh how wrong I was! With everyone telling me how funny the movie was I figured I'd pick it up when it came out on Blu-Ray and this has turned out to be one of my best Blu-Ray purchases! I almost died from laughing so hard at this movie. I won't spoil anything, but let's just say there is one crazy event right after another that will have you laughing from beginning to end. If you're stomach isn't hurting by the end of this movie, then your sense of humor level is 0! Highly recommend and Alan in the movie is the man!

The film follows four guys--Ed Helms, Bradley Cooper, and Zack Galifianakis--as they take their buddy on a road trip before his wedding...then promptly lose him one drunken night. They wake up the next morning, their lives in a mess, their car missing, and a tiger in the bathroom. What follows is comedic gold and I could stop laughing! Zach Galifiakanis, had a stellar show. His ability to play the creepy weirdo is out of this world. His wolf pack speech was amazing. The cameo from Mike Tyson was hilarious! Don't miss the end credits where a lot of the missing information is revealed.

The Hangover is simply the best comedy out this year. It doesnt' waste anytime for the wise cracks and the outrageous plot points. Before you know it, their apt. is trashed with chickens and Tyson's tiger. The hunt for the groomsman spins out of control with a gay chinese warlord, and the question of where the H did the baby come from. With the phenomenal casting and the funniest - most random - things of the nights end. You never see any of it coming, where the movie settles to its conclusion and you just can't believe what they had put the groomsman through just before his wedding. This is the best movie and I urge you to buy it. Actually, buy it twice just because it's so good.

This movie is incredibly hilarious and had a great storyline with great actors! That baby was adorable. Doug is going to be married in two days, so his friends Phil, Stu, and Alan take him to Vegas for his bachelor party. The next day, they wake up and can't remember anything about the night before, find a baby, and can't find Doug. They get into crazy misadventures trying to figure out what happened, arrested by the police, figure out who the baby belongs to, and try to find their friend before the wedding. I highly recommend THE HANGOVER!!!

Everything is great about the movie. The only gripe I have is that the special features are very limited. There is a gag reel which is good but the best part is Kim Jeong's portion where he does improv. It's pretty funny but other than that, the rest of the features are lame. The extra pictures don't do the slide like it does in the end of the movie. It's very one dimensional where you go through pictures one by one by clicking on the arrows with no background music except for flipping the page noise. Overall, the actors were good and the jokes were great.

I really enjoyed this movie. The actors, location, and soundtrack definitely get you into the movie and leave you wanting to head back to Las Vegas. If you are looking for plot, character development, yadda, yadda, yadda, look elsewhere. This movie was made to entertain you and make you laugh; it does exactly that. The actors Bradley Cooper (Wedding Crashers, Midnight Meat Train), Ed Helms ("The 'Nard Dawg" on The Office), Justin Bartha (National Treasure, Failure to Launch) and Zach Galifianakis (Corky Romano, several TV shows) are great, but I think that Zach makes the movie. His character is just so odd and says and does the most inappropriate things that you can't help but laugh. The Blu Ray features bloopers and some crazy, hysterical scenes from Ken Jeong (Mr. Chow).

Well wriiten screenplay that presents outcomes not understood early on. But as the movie progresses all your questions are adressed in ways that you never thought possibe. Ther is a comical surprise around evry corner that never seems to dissappoint. Grab a drink, munchies and a comforatble seat because as soon as the movie starts you are not going to want to blink on the fear you may miss a clue to why there is a baby, where did the tooth go and hhow did Mike Tyson get so good at acting? Enjoy.

For anyone who loves comedy I advise you to purchase this movie, Bradley Cooper and the rest of the cast are truly amazing in this movie, I saw this movie in theaters the day before my birthday and it was fantastic from beginning toward the end. the Mike Tyson scene was just phenomenal. I can't wait to purchase the movie tomorrow if you want a great movie that you can watch continuously than purchase The Hangover I would call this movie the Best film of 2009.

good things: Very funny, from beginning to end. Each of the guys plays a unique character that interacts well with the others. Some many funny situations and setups including a great cameo from a boxing legend, a rain main homage, a few funny songs about friends and great work from Community's favortie Spanish teacher. Lots of great supporting moments lend depth to the movie beyond just the main guys. Bad things: A bit raunchy at times (for some this might be in the good things). Not exactly up for an oscar, but funny films are rarely viewed or judged this way. Overall: Funny film, Blu Ray adds some nice features as well. Great supporting acting.

This is the best comedy that I have seen in a very long time. The plot leading to unexpected events makes the movie very funny. The only downside is once you've seen the movie and know the events that lead to finding their friend its not as funny as the first time. The unexpectedness is what makes the movie so great. Most comedies get funnier the more times you watch them, this is just the opposite, but still worth buying.

The story plot itself is amazing. You think that comedies can't get any better, but this entire movie has you laughing from the beginning to the end. I actually watched it with friends TWICE the night we got it just because sometimes there's something you miss while watching a movie the first time. Or just because this movie is the best!

This is the best comedie to come out since Superbad. It is in fact funnier than Superbad. The heavy set man in this movie is in fact funnier than the heavy set boy from Superbad. I by no means dislike Superbad, in fact I enjoyed Superbad very much. The kid who played Mclovin was hilarious, but i did ot enjoy him in Role Models. I guess his career is over. Back to the matter at hand...Kudos to you Hangover. Kudos

Whether you are an adult or a child, everyone can agree that The Hangover is laugh out loud funny! Sure the sequels weren't as good, but this one is fantastic! There aren't many bonus features, so the main reason to buy this movie would be for the movie itself, which trust me is worth the price alone. Whether you've seen it or not, you should definitely buy this movie!

I was sooooo excited when this movie came to DVD since I never went to the theaters to watch it (Im so against watching comedies in theaters). My husband and I were pretty disappointed :( This movie was wayyy to hyped up! Dont get me wrong it was funny, it just wasnt that funny. I saw "I love you man" right after this movie and my husband and I had to pause the movie several times because of our laughter. Now that was a funny movie!! You should check that one out!!

Saw this movie at the theatre and laughed from start to finish. Knew then that this would be a "must have" when it came out on disc. The F bomb does fly a few times in the movie so if your offended you might not like it otherwise gather all your friends, gay straight and have a Hangover party!!!

I generally don't like comedies. However, I laughed so hard when my boyfriend and I went to see this in the theatre that I was crying and my stomach muscles were sore the next day. I have never, EVER seen such a funny movie in my life! And the first thing we said when we were leaving the theatre: "I can't wait until the unrated version comes out on BluRay!"

This is the best comedy to be released in some time. It seems like most "comedies" released now are of the gross-out/ toliet humor variety. That's not the case with the Hangover. The story is truly funny and well written. The actors, although no big names, should be huge hits after this film. You will be quoting this movie after the first time you see it!
