I couldn’t help but to order this movie. An adult version of Sesame Street filled with dark humor & twisted scenes. Jim Henson would either laugh or turn away laughing.

I thought this movie was hilarious! It's definitely not for SJWs, Nanny No-Nos, those looking to be offended by something/anything, and members of the modern victim culture. I'm not a fan of Melissa McCarthy, but I thought she did a decent job in the movie. If you like Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Meet the Feebles, and/or Team America, then you should thoroughly enjoy this film as well.

Critics have dubbed "The Happytime Murders" one of the worst movies of 2018, but I think that's a bit harsh. It's about puppets in the real world entwined with drugs, sex, and a cop drama murder plot; you can't take it too seriously because it's meant to be stupid. That said, the toilet humor does fall flat quickly...and after the first 15 minutes you won't find too many surprises. In some instances, you can see the actors and puppeteers shaking their heads in dissatisfaction as they read their lines. Perhaps the script needed a little more time in the oven? But hey, if you like raunchy comedies like Ted, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Cool World, and Monkey Bone, you should give "The Happytime Murders" a chance. There are some funny moments and there is a solid plot behind it all, it's just that the jokes can't always keep things chained together. NOTE: The only way to redeem the digital copy of this movie is with iTunes.

A funny movie fron Melissa McCarthy and the Puppets. McCarthy seems to just take any script. The lady is funny and should demand more from her manager and agent. She made this movie and if this would have Tina Fey, it would have been horrible. McCarthy and Muppets, thanks for the low price on my BRay n Digital Copy. SL

What are 1st seen the trailer about this movie I thought it was gonna be really silly very infantile, but I was greatly surprised. The movie was very funny, it made you laugh from beginning to end. I never thought they can put puppets and give Them rated R dialog and watch it all play out. The movie was a hit.

If you love over the top, raunchy adult comedy, this film is up your alley. If you liked the shows "Greg the Bunny" or "Warren the Ape" when they were having their very short lives on TV, then this movie should feel familiar, though with an amped up rating.

This movie was nominated as one of the worst movies of 2018. I disagree. I've seen worse. 1 star removed because it was slow at times. I mean, dull slow. 1 star removed for a convoluted story that meandered too much. Now for the good. 1 star for some of the most raunchiest and hilarious muppet scenes I've ever watched. 1 star for decent acting and again, muppet characters that often stole the scene. 1 star for a movie that provided a few great laughs and an entertaining evening. And that, ladies and gentlemen is what a movie is supposed to do. This movie is NOT for kids or adults that lack imagination or a sense of ribald humor.

Well, the ccore story was very interesting but seeing the beloved puppets swearing and the rest of the antics was a little concerning. Definetily not for children but the movie was good

I purchased this movie not knowing what to expect of it. It was very funny to watch although it is not intended for children. They did an excellent job I really enjoyed it.

Hard to explain, have to be in a silly mood? Liked that it was different...would've liked to see more people on puppet hate crimes as that was the funniest part.

It's not for those looking for a plot, the story is good and digestable. The adult humor can be over the top at times but it's still a darn funny movie overall.

I enjoyed the movie!!! It was a break from typical movies being released in 2018. Definitely not for the kids, almost not for adults lol.

I burst 7 stitches watching this film. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because this muppet movie is for adults only.

This movie is hilarious, similar comedy to that of Team America but with puppets and human actors. Definitely NOT for children to watch!

Funny movie. If you enjoyed Sasuage Party then you will enjoy this one. Definitely not for kids and anyone offended by foul language.

It's good for what it is. A funny muppet movie with funny humans and foul mouths. No oscar winner, no awards for it, just fun humor.

Muppet's and crude humor, what could go wrong? Studio interference that what. To bad this could have been a classic.

This is one of the weirdest Muppet Movies ever not really, don't let you're kids watch it. Very funny though....

Funny but NOT for the whole family....good buddy movie or to watch with your significant other. Alot of sex, language, etc. Blu-Ray specifications are good..solid video, very clear. Audio is strong and surprisingly takes advantage of all surrounding speakers. Get 2 or 3 buddies to pitch in a few bucks, buy it, watch it, and draw straws to see who takes it home. Recommended.
