I like Quentin Tarentino. I have no qualm about the graphic blood, the jumpy cutting (including flashbacks), or the subject matter. In the end, though, this movie had no heart - no motivation, no moral - and, truly, no ending. It is a three hour "slice of life." Released in 70mm, it is a visually beautiful piece, but one which, after viewing, I have to say "so?"
