I bought this dance game for the great mix of dance songs. Some old and some new. The game is very easy to operate and a great form of exercise. Fun to do at parties and with the kids.

For a true Hip Hop lover this is not only a fun game to play. Also gives old and new songs that you might not heard in a while!!

I love this game it was a little difficult at first but you quickly get the hang of it.

I purchased this game for my son and now the entire family loves it.

Less responsive than the Dance central series. Menu navigation is a chore, music track was fair

I didn't really like it do to the fact that it was used and the character didn't go along with the moves I was doing. The music was okay, I thought it was going to be a little better.

The game does a good job at reading your moves, graphics are good and most important the sound is good/great. I have played DC1, 2, 3 and The Black Eyed Peas Experience all of these games are good on their own. Hip Hop Dance Experience looks a lot like The Black Eyed Peas Experience which would make sense since they both are from Ubi Soft but Hip Hop Dance Experience fell a bit short. Visual - it looks good but not better than The Black Eyed Peas Experience. The good thing it does not look too cartoonish as Dance Central. The background effects when you continue to get the moves correct are better on Dance Central but it was a good try. Dance Stage - Dance Central stages are good but the The Black Eyed Peas Experience stages were great. This game stages are okay nothing to brag about. Sounds - The sound is good/great. Dance Central did not get it right until the third game but the Black Eyed Peas were already good so Ubi Soft did not make much improvements. Song List - If you are into old school then you will enjoy most of the game but if not then you can try to get through it because the moves are pretty good. Dance Moves - The dance moves for the most part are pretty good BUT the transitions between some of the moves either work or don't. What was hard for me to get use to was the position they decided to place the animation of the next move. Dance Central has it on the right side and The Black Eyed Peas Experience show it on top/center. Menus - Dance Central & The Black Eyed Peas Experience have several menus before you get to play the game but this game got it right. The main screen has the list of songs and the game options are placed on top which for me works great. Overall - For the price it's a good one to add to your dance game collection.

I THINK THE GAME IS GREAT HAS ALOT OF POTENTIAL AND HIP HOP AND I AM A DANCE CENTRAL PERSON AND I LOVE THIS GAME ITS GREAT MOVES ARE FRESH AND DIFFERENT AND CHALLENGE YOU ALOT IF YOU LOOKING FOR SOMETHING LIKE DANCE CENTRAL BUT MORE DANCING MOVES THIS IS IT AND THE VISUALS ARE WAY BETTER THAN DANCE CENTRAL MY OPINION IS I LIKE THIS GAME MORE AND ITS 10 DOLLARS LESS THAN DANCE CENTRAL CANT GO WRONG TRY THIS GAME OUT YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTING.

In my opinion this is the best dance game I ever played on the kinect, and I have purchased many. I used to be an avid dancer and I can't keep up with this game. It's fun, challenging, and a good way to exercise!! Would recommend to anyone I know. Just be ready to sweat!!

The grandchildren really enjoy playing with it. I enjoy watching them.
