Love this movie. Perfect ending to the trilogy. I love how it fits perfectly into the Lord of the Rings movies as well. It is one of the great movie franchises in my opinion.

This movie was just what I expected, if you are a fan or not just watch this one and all the movies in The lord Of the Rings and The Hobbit series for a great movie experience

I recently purchased "The Hobbit: The Battle Of Five Armies" on blu-ray from Best Buy. I am completely satisfied with the movie, extras, and the fact that this now completes my Hobbit collection. Of course now I hear they may be doing The Silmarillion next..... 4 out of 5 stars!

A great ending to a great trilogy. I was surprised that they could take 1 book and break it up into 3 movies but they did a good job! I really enjoyed the ending of the tale!

I don't have to tell you how great the movie is, but the packaging (steel book) was great. I love the steelbooks and this one is a must own, if they still have some in stock.

Wonderful picture and sound but not too much story left to make a great final movie to the trilogy. Love the action and surround sound. Must buy if you have the other movies.

While I am not the hardcore LOTR fan, I have now seen them all in the series and this one was my favorite. I enjoyed that there was tons of action and enough of my favorite characters to keep me interested. Video/3D Quality = Outstanding Audio = Very Good Extras = Solid Good release

Perhaps best to go back and watch the first two before watching this last installment. Seems refreshing the memory first adds to enjoyment of "The Battle of the Five Armies".

I'm so excited to receive my blue ray in the mail. I can't wait to watch it. I saw this movie in theaters. The story telling and the quality of the characters is fantastical.

Like the previous two movies in the trilogy, the special effects and cinematography did not disappoint. Yes, there were some sappy parts, but it was not a love story either.

Culmination of this one book provided as many twists and turns as possible. The battle scenes were excellent and epic as its predecessors from the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Actors hit all the right notes in transforming fantasy into reality once again for the movie audience. Awesome special effects! Spectacular scope! Excellent story-telling!

It just gets better from the first one. If your looking to test your HT speakers and HT Receiver this movie will certainly test them out. Love the special effects and CGI.

I enjoy watching this movie again and again and love the part missing in theaters, I love the extra features too, it gives you more details about this final chapter.

As far as a continuing story is concerned, this one left some heads scratched. Especially the creators of the movies. However, as far as action sequences are concerned, it was quite spectacular! And the acting was also amazing! I would definitely recommend watching this again.

If you are a hobbit fan and have the proceeding two movies in the series, then you need to get this one also. Loads of extras included. The color and depth are awesome.

I've enjoyed the two previous parts of the trilogy, but this one is the absolute best. Characterizations are outstanding, so is computer generated scenes. I am very pleased.

I have followed the entire series from Lord of the Rings. I love all the movies but the Hobbit is now my favorite. I love the story the characters and of course the scenery.

I don't think the movie needs much of a review. Those enjoying this genre of movies will like the movie, and many who aren't terribly fond of the genre will, as well.

The last of the hobbit films is pleaseing but drawn out and dull at times and i wish the focus and detail were put more into the ending than the battle. Still i enjoyed it.
