The final story seemed to be wonderful. I sometimes get lost about the dialogue but fortunately I can rewind it and review it again.

Great entertainment. Pretty darn long movie though. Put the young ones to bed, put the cat out (if you are unfortunate enough to have a cat), make a batch of brownies, snuggle up to the honey, and prepare for a night of entertainment.

The head Hobbit Kiwi (Jackson) wraps it all up nicely in this end to The Hobbit trilogy. I enjoy the 3D version because it emphasizes the edge of the earth fall offs of Middle-Earth so well. Looking forward to the Extended Version,

I had my reservations about this series, but I would say that it is just as good if not better than LOTR. Quality finale, great Blu Ray.

Love the continuing story and the involvment of the characters. The choices of the different groups and the fighting was great. Also, the moving from looking out for themselves to getting involved with the other from the island city.

If you liked the Lord of the Rings movies, then you will love the Hobbit trilogy. This movie is the final movie and my family loves it.

I enjoyed it quite a bit, it was a good ending to the Hobbit series and it makes you want to watch the Lord of the Rings trilogy again.

Overall great features. I bought this knowing that the extended edition will be coming out eventually but it'll hold me over till then.
