This movie made me sad for two reasons. The first being that it is the end of the lord of the rings franchise. The second is that this movie was a bit too long and lacked the climax of Return of the King. It is still a must see.

The story is great..the 3D is awesome.. if you have a 3D television..it's definitely the best watch...3D!

Come on! It's the Hobbit! Picked this up for $15 to complete my LOtR saga. Great movie & lead-in for the LOtR movies! Must see!

The ultimate version that should have been in the theaters, so much that didn't make it in the film. This is the version to see.

I thought the movie was Great, I did not see it in the Theaters but the 2d verison was Very Sharp and the 3D viewing was phenomenal.

I read the book in 1977 and was glad to see a mix of the book and some new story lines. The acting was especially good.

This is the last of the series. Great Movie, plenty of action. Funny, sad, and a realm of other awes when watching this. I love it.

While The Hobbit movie series can't live up to The Lord of the Rings series, this movie does at least try to bring that to fruition with its sense of action and the "what will happen next" effect. My fave of the 3 Hobbits.

Awesome movie whether you are a fan or not. From start to finish the movie is action packed and makes you wish the movie was longer!

Excellent movie -great completion of saga . Did not see it in blue ray yet but I am sure it must be great only saw it in regular dvd
