The Hobbit trilogy is one of the most appealing trilogies on Blu ray today the 3d picture is great and merciful with the right HDTV and surround sound system it is very easy to recreate a movie theater experience in your home.

Needed to finish my collection for the Hobbit series and this came with a Digital copy to add to my online collection on VuDu

I could not wait until this movie came out on bluray yea it took a while for to purchase but none the least I love this movie!

The scenery is amazing. The CGI effects are awesome. The battles are intense. But for me, I felt that the character stories were lacking. It is not as personal as the previous movies were. Still, a good addition to the series.

The DVD of the final hobbit movie was a super price. A digital copy was a bonus. A great place to purchase current movie releases.

I never understood why Peter Jackson thought The Hobbit needed 3 movies (aside from greed) and his padding distracted from the good story. Yet you have to give him props for doing a needed job, and doing it reasonably well.

I looked at the 3D version on the new Sony 4K TV and the effects were fantastic. Reminded me of being in an amusement park ride.
