    being the last of the series I was glad to see how this movie lead right in to the Lord of the Ring movies. The entire series was great and we will end up doing a Hobbit/Lord of the Ring weekend soon.

    A fun and action packed ending to the Hobbit. A few things were added for purposes of the film and story, but it never felt like too much. Im a huge fan of the book, and just a big a fan of the films.

    Not a great movie when compared to LOTR, but it is serviceable. Nice battle at the end and Freeman brings a lot as Bilbo. Easy to order and pick up.
