I bought part 1 and part 2 of The House of Gold and Bones at the same time. Listened to both a few times, but haven't gotten too into either. Seems like the kind of album that will take some time to sink in. But it's worth checking out.

Stone sour keeps getting better with each cd as you can see this is far better then any other cd they have put out.

This is an awesome album! All great songs! If you buy this one and the second one, the cases for together to make something too... Pretty cool. And there are stories in the book. Definitely buy the physical copy instead of digital. Depends how much of a fan you are I guess, but I thought it was pretty cool.

Stone Sour's latest two-part effort, the House of Gold and Bones, offers a slightly different foray into the group's musical repertoire. The opening two tracks, "Gone Sovereign" and "Absolute Zero" are full of Corey Taylor's intensity. The title track doesn't appear until the last track of the second album, but it is a good offering as well.

This album is fantastic. It starts out hard, tells a story and has some great artwork on the album cover. Reading the booklet is important and I am eager to hear part 2.

Another great stone sour album. Singles seem to be the best songs so the whole album wasn't as necessary as I hoped but still great music.

This is a great cd you can listen to from beginning to end. I don't think there's a song on it I don't like.

I love this cd, I only knew 1 song on it when I bought it , I listened to the whole thig and I love every song.

Corey Taylor has an amazing voice that captivates you and next thing you know the album isfinished.

This album is one of the best stone sour albums and possibly one of the best albums overall.
