Disk worked fine until 1:13. Then it locked up,skipped, and gave us frustrating viewing. Player is a recent Samsung with updated firmware. Have seen several other online reviews that indicate that this is not an isolated problem. I will return/exchange disk this week.

I love the movie, but the blu-ray freezes up. I've bought 4 of the sets from 2 different stores and they all freeze up mid way through.

Pre ordered this blu-ray before they even posted an image on the site, the fact that it freezes is unacceptable. Best Buy has to contact Lionsgate and fix this, there are way too many reviews on this site complaining of the same problem. I even had another friend receive this as a gift and tell me the same thing.

Poor quality Blu-ray has a tendency to skip or lock up. The box is basically empty space. It contains a useless acrylic brick and a cardboard cd slip case booklet to hold the desks. No exclusive content, just a way for Best Buy to make a few more bucks. Skip this one and buy the regular edition.

Thought I got a bad disc at first, so exchanged it for another. Same thing - BluRay won't recognize. Firmware all upgraded, other discs just fine - so I'm stuck with a disc I can't return,because it's opened, and can't watch without shelling out for an unnecessary new player. Bad experience.

Buyer beware!!! The exclusive steelbook only contains the movie (it even says disc one). I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known that. It's half the product for the same price.

The movie completely copied Battle Royale. If you look up that movie you will see hunger games copied it exactly!!! The beloved hunger games is not an original!! Americans are always coping the Japanese films trying to call it their own.

The movie itself is very enjoyable, but Best Buy got a bad batch of movie discs. Several people got copies that would freeze or skip in their Blu-ray players.

Unimpressive and overly priced. Same movie on regular DVD and regular DVD unit, looks EXACTLY the same with Bu Ray disk on Blu Ray player. No difference that I can see.

How in the world can you only have Dolby digital nod not dots-hd this is not a movie from the 80's what a joke.

The film was no where close to the hype made about it. Enjoyed the book, the movie did not work for me.

The books were good but the movie is very underdeveloped. Waste of time!!
