Very good for a sequel. Normally I'm disappointed.

Mocking Jay is a continuation of the Hunger Games. The acting and cinematography are better than average for a teen dystopian movie, and it has a wonderful cast. I give it three stars because it left you wanting more which shall be delivered in part II.

This felt more like a piece of what should have been more of a movie. Not their best work. If I could have missed this and still kept up with what goes on in part two I would have skipped it. Only recommending so you can stay abreast with next chapter.

Its like watching half a movie and all of a sudden the movie projector breaks . They could have done this all in one movie ? ,but they wanted to stretch the capital gains and make you reach Into your pocket and pay more for the fourth movie GREEDY!!

The series is a definite hit, but to make the last movie 2 parts is crazy. I fell asleep at the release due to so many dead, dry parts that didn't hold my attention. Guess I'll see the last part because I've invested so much into it already...

There has been a trend of splitting up a story into multiple movies. Not every finale of a young adult novel needs to be two parts. The movie is slow and didn't live up to my expectations. It left me feeling like nothing of gravity happened.

They may have made the best movie in the series if they chose to make one longer movie rather than splitting this third chapter into two movies. Still leaves me wanting to see the conclusion. Blu-ray picture and sound is excellent as always.

I believe the movie makers just wanted to make as much money as they could off the Mockenjay book. This caused the movie to have low ratings from professional critics. However, it is necessary to watch Part One to enjoy/understand Part Two.

Of the three movies so far, I think this is the weakest of the three. My teenage daughter, who has read the books and is a huge fan even thinks that Mockingjay didn't hit the mark. I'm not saying it's bad, just not the best of the three.
